Spectacular southern exposure home with pool & spa, enjoy peaceful luxury on canal. Sunbathers will enjoy the covered lanai or boat dock. Our home features a T.V. in each bedroom, with flat screen in family room. Wonderful equipped kitchen with eating area in kitchen as well as lanai dining. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Our house features the master bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Very comfortable for two couples giving privacy to both. Floor plan is very open for relaxing enjoyment for all! Excellent for entertaining. You will fall in love with our island home!

Feels like home!

This is our second year staying at Holly Court, 5th year coming to Marco Island. We absolutely love everything about Holly Court. The location is perfect. We used the bikes every day and were close enough to walk to Winn Dixie, the farmer’s market and the Esplanade. The fully stocked kitchen was wonderful and utilized it almost every night. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room for all. We hope to make Holly Court our yearly vacation spot.

Vacation in paradise

This was our first experience renting another’s property for own vacation. We wanted comfort and all the amenities we could get. We chose the right place. If we never left the property we would have had a wonderful vacation. The location was so convenient to local attractions we could walk or ride bikes that were provided by the owner. The home had everything we needed. It was so nice getting up Every day to enjoy the lanai, pool and spa.aAs the weather cooled down we were able to move inside and enjoy the home. This was a wonderful experience. I would recommend the Peterson’s home for a great vacation.

Beautiful home, great layout, all the amenities

You don't need to look any further, you are done searching. This house has everything you could ask for and Vicki is very responsive to your inquiries and needs. The home is much more impressive in-person than the pictures. The layout is perfect as the two bedrooms and full bath upstairs can allow the older kids to sleep in, while you make your coffee in the well supplied kitchen (I mean everything is here and waiting) and slip out to the pool area that overlooks the waterway and you watch the sun come up. The hot tub and pool were perfect for the kids and Mom and Dad after a bike (5) ride to the beach and a stop at Menchies for froyo at the JW Marriott. The location near CJ's and Publix is just perfect. Yet, you never hear noise as you relax by the pool. Walk to the Wednesday farmers marker and you don't have to deal with the parking hassles. House is very clean, well maintained, and even has a small office to catch up on email. Vicki has thought of everything.

Most Lovely Home Away Makes Marco Island Home Away From Home

We just spent our third year staying in this beautiful home on Marco Island (6th year on the Island total) and it never gets old. The owners are so friendly. The house is so nice. The location really is great - super convenient if you know the island. The pool is maintained in tip top shape. We use all of the appliances. Having a garage and washer/dryer makes it all so much better. It really is home away from home. I could spend a month or three here no problem. We love this home so very much and it is always sad to leave. We should not wish away time, but we already cannot wait until our next visit!!! Hey Vicki - Comcast bugged us all week about upgrading your equipment....

Beautiful home!

Our family of six had a wonderful week in Marco Island. We had plenty of room in this gorgeous home. Daily morning trips to the beach were followed by afternoons in the pool. The house is very close to stores, restaurants and beach. Can't wait to return next year!

The Perfect Marco Island House

What a wonderful house! The perfect location on Marco, close to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The house was clean and the owner left clear instructions as to how use appliances. The pool and hot tub were used every day. We rode the bikes around the island and everything was in great condition. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.
