Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a native North Carolian and lives in Apex with his 3 teenage sons and enjoys coaching youth basketball, teaching Cisco Certified Network Associate courses and family.
Craig purchased this house in 2008
I purchased this property because of the seclusion of the property and the unique custom features.
- Private 1st floor master bedroom
- Huge screened porch
- 1000 sq/ft patio
- Keyless entry
- hardwood throughout
- Large bedrooms
Now, I must say that I have very high expectations when it comes to a customer service experience (especially as someone in various service industries) and from beginning to end the owner, Craig did not let me or anyone that was staying in this beautiful home down. I came into this experience having reviewed every single review that existed on this page, followed by a direct call to the owner to confirm what I read or fill in the gaps (I can be thorough like that). After making the decision to book with him, I just knew that'd be the end of our interactions, until it was time to check out.
However, I was very wrong. In fact, I was far from that truth. My now husband and I were hosting a very special event and Craig meant so much more to our process than we could possibly ask for from a renter. His commitment to supporting our planning process ---from the texts, phone calls, emails and pop up visits at the property prior to the event meant everything to us, providing so much piece of mind; and further affirming that while an unconventional venue location for our event, we made thee right decision.
I am well-beyond satisfied with this experience and forever grateful for the blessing that was 'Uncle' Craig. For any future renters, I can't find any reason that you could ever be disappointed. The house is large, gorgeous, modern, surrounded by beautiful nature and enough seclusion for any kind of renting experience you are hoping to have there. Williams Manor will have everything you need to feel at home and more and if it's not there Craig will help you find it.
Do yourself a favor and book Williams. You won't regret it! Thank you for sharing this gift with us Craig.
We enjoyed our stay. This was a ministry trip with 8 adults and there was plenty of room to cook, to eat and to fellowship together, even with mainly being indoors. We only ventured on the grounds to go see the neighbors' horses but we look forward to coming back in warmer weather to enjoy the luxurious patio.
As soon as you walk in you feel like you are at home. The decor is very warm and welcoming. This home is perfect for a family gathering or even a girls or guys weekend. The screened in deck is magnificent and could easily be where people spend most of their time. The stonework in the backyard is outstanding and the size of the space is perfect for a small gathering, a family style BBQ or brunch. There is even a pit to roast a pig!
Another great thing about this house is that it is tucked away from the street which provides privacy and a feeling of seclusion. This home is close to Jordan Lake State Park and the large semi circle driveway would be perfect if you plan to bring your boat to spend time on the lake one day.
The bedrooms are large and the bathroom fixtures including stonework in the guest bathrooms add to the luxurious flow of the house.
The owner was very accommodating as well as responsive to all communication when making arrangements for my stay.
I will definitely return and would recommend this house to anyone I know that plans to stay in the area.
We rented the property to be near family for Thanksgiving. The house was well appointed and we easily hosted our family's meal. We were comfortable in the large bedrooms and spacious common areas.
We spent 5 nights at Craig's awesome home. 4 generations, celebrating a graduation and early thanksgiving. Craig has thought thru everything. A well stocked chefs kitchen allowed 6 or more of us to be gathered cooking at one time.along with the beautiful outdoor kitchen. Home is a entertaing paridise. Home flows perfectly. The outdoor fireplace was the star of the week. Evenings were spent telling old stories, roasting marshmallows and playing catch phrase. Lovely grounds and peaceful to look toward the woods and see horses at neighboring home. Apex is a delightful town with a charming historic district. Harris teeters very close and enjoyed afternoon at the arboretum nearby. 1 hour drive to Ft Bragg. So makes an ideal family retreat if you are gathering for a military celebration. If I am ever back in Apex Raleigh area I will be calling Craig. Owner super responsive and helpful. Craig. Come visit us in Roswell!!
This is the most beautiful house I have ever been in my life. Everyone of my friends that came to the house were amazed by its beauty. It's very neat, cozy and has a spectacular view. I love it!!!!!
