Beautiful detached condo/townhome, with in walking distance of Augusta Ranch Golf club 'Best Executive Golf Course' as rated by the Arizona Republic in a Golf Course community. You will love the beautiful maintained grounds with lots of trees,walkways, pool, as well as, the privacy and sense of being in a single family home. The condo/townhome is a two story stand alone 3 bedroom, 2 baths, 2 car garage, 1300 sq ft without wall sharing neighbors . Just a few blocks from the Hwy 60 and the Hwy 202. Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and many other suburbs are just a quick 5-20 minute drive. The PHX airport is about 25 minutes away.
The first bedroom of the condo, is on the first floor. Relax in a temper-pedic adjustable bed with a private bathroom, garage entrance, and the laundry room. Upstairs you will find the dining area, large living room with vaulted ceilings, open kitchen, bathroom and 2 other bedrooms, both Queen, one of the queen beds is a sleep number bed to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Free Wireless internet through out so you can surf the web from every room. All bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's and Living Room TV with DVD.

We allways wanted to own a home in a golf course community and Augusta Ranch has an amazing executive Golf Course.
We love the quiet community lots of walking paths. We love walking to the golf course and or the coffee shop.
The condo was within walking distance of several restaurants & grocery stores.
The golf course was very close which also had a very nice restaurant. The golfing was good too!
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.
We enjoyed the pool too.
Stayed the month of January. Condo was perfect for me - big enough to not feel cramped and small enough to feel very comfy. Clean and quite. Most conveniences were there (I purchased a moderately priced toaster oven (that's what I use a home) and then everything was perfect. Location is close to supermarkets, convenience stores, eateries and malls. Close to highways , too. The landlord was very helpful, when I needed help to get one TV to work. Would I stay again? Most probably.
Condo is exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, pans and utensils. All cleaning products were available. We appreciated the bag of coffee and the use of spices.
My wife and I recently stayed here with our two young daughters. We were so happy that it felt like our home and our daughters slept and napped comfortably here. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, while still being very conveniently located close to anything in the Mesa area. The home was nicely stocked with all the kitchen/laundry essentials needed when travelling. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in Mesa!
We rented this condo for the month of April 2014. The location was perfect for visiting our many family and friends, as we grew up in the Phoenix/Tempe area.
Upon arrival, the condo was very tidy, well decorated, and very well stocked. We greatly appreciated the full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and sponge. Many groceries were in the pantry, including spices, teas, oil and vinegar, as well as a fresh bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee and coffee mate creamer. There were plenty of paper goods and laundry supplies.
We loved the designer touches throughout the home. The kitchen was well stocked with Paula Dean and Wilson cookware, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, utensils and small appliances. We felt very "at home" during our stay.
There is a great BBQ outside, along with a table and chairs.
We also appreciated the binder with contact information, instructions, and local restaurant menus.
We would stay here again and highly recommend this condominium to others. Thank you Adrian for allowing us to rent your condo!
