Perfect combination of rustic and comfort
The cabin was clean and secluded. We needed much less than we brought as far as “camping” supplies. The area offered lots of outdoor fun! It was the perfect little getaway!
We're glad you enjoyed your stay Dawn and were able to enjoy what the area has to offer. Thanks for taking the time to write a review for us. Much appreciated.

I loved being off the grid and right in the middle of a pine forest.
This is the place to relax and be refreshed away from it all. It was like camping except for the comfy bed inside the warm cabin. I would definitely stay here again or in their larger cabin on the same property. Great hosts and wonderful vacation!
Thank you so much Lisa. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and had a relaxing time. As we put our hearts into our cabins, we love hearing how much our guests loved their stay.

Another Wonderful Stay
A cozy and revitalizing return to Rick and Marias Property was much needed and much appreciated. They are very accommodating and attentive to the guest's needs, and their cabins are really top notch with so many personal touches. The tree's on the property are beautiful and nothing is better than a nice afternoon hike through the area.
Fresh air and relaxation
The cabins at the King's Pines are a great place to get away and relax. All the conveniences you need while still "roughing it" a little. Comfortable accommodations make for a home away from home environment. Don't miss this location.
Wonderful secluded well stocked Cabin
My friend Rachelle invited me to stay with her at this Cabin. I was so pleasantly surprised. I was amazed at how well it was built and thought out. We stayed here at the end of June for 4 days. The weather did not cooperate but that was OK. 3 days of rain and cool weather with no humidity made it very Cozy. Especially sitting out on the patio with the fire in the fireplace at night. So relaxing and quiet. All the wood having been cut and stacked with kindling was very cool. Birding was amazing, a whole family of Ravens visited, Wood Thrushes singing, red breasted nuthatches and lot's of Woodpeckers. What really amazed me is how well stocked and organized the cabin was, and clean and tidy. Being an antique car restore and coming from an engineering background i was really impressed by the Solar power setup and especially the hard work that went into the the rainwater fed shower house. Complete with wood stove and Propane water heater. Very cool. We had plenty of fresh rainwater that weekend. At first i thought this was too primitive and wasn't sure when i first arrived but by the time i left is said i would love to live like this. Just maybe not during the winter. I just can't say enough what an enjoyable vacation this was being back to nature. Made me feel like a Boyscout kid again. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone that want's to rough it a little and experience a one of kind stay. Joe Shukay
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We really appreciate it, especially my husband who as a child loved to build tree forts in the woods and continued his love by building cabins in the pine woods. Winter is even more beautiful and secluded. Traveling through the woods on snowshoes listening to the quiet and then returning to a warm cozy cabin is an experience you would love.
