SPACIOUS OUTDOOR AREAS
Both the top and bottom floors at Sapphire #113 have their own patios. On the top floor, the shaded balcony faces a big view of tumbling turquoise waves framed by swaying palms. Separate lounge and dining areas out on the balcony coax you into spending an entire day in the Caribbean breezes—from afternoon naps to sunset dinners.
Speaking of dinner: you can create a delicious one with ingredients from the Dover Market, located just across the street from Sapphire Beach Condos. The kitchen at Sapphire #103 features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cooking utensils you need. The condo’s open layout, combined with countertop seating in the kitchen, makes it easy for the cook to stay in the loop with everyone else while they work their culinary magic.
TWO BEDROOMS ON TWO FLOORS
Both bedrooms have their own attached baths—another perk if you’re wanting privacy on your vacation.
The ground-floor bedroom sleeps 2 in a pair of twin beds that can also be combined into a king-sized bed. A wonderful feature in this bedroom is the huge sliding glass door that opens to create a fully indoor/outdoor space. Through this door you’ll find a second patio with 2 lounge chairs tucked into tropical landscaping.
Upstairs, the second bedroom suite is accessed through French doors and welcomes you to a restful night in a king-sized bed.

Hello from Barbados! My husband Greg and I own two beachfront vacation rentals on the south coast of Barbados and I represent other owners' similar properties as well, including #103 in the Sapphire Beach Condos, owned by a lovely woman from Canada.
The Sapphire Beach Condos is beautifully designed. All of the apartments in the building offer outstanding, jaw-dropping Caribbean Sea views and a spacious and comfortable living space with easy access to one of Barbados' prettiest sugar-white beach.
The apartment itself offers comfort and luxury and all that modern traveler desire in the way of wi-fi, air-conditioning, appliances galore (even a washer and dryer are in the apartment) AND is located on one of the island's most beautiful beaches, Dover Beach, on the south coast.
From your apartment, #103 Sapphire, you'll awaken to a beautiful, warm sun rising over in the eastern sky over the azure Caribbean Sea lapping onto a sugar-white sandy beach ... and you'll savor every moment of your holiday in Barbados.
Restaurants galore are within a very short stroll out your front door. Out your back are two gorgeous pools and the beach and sea.
The famous and lively St Lawrence Gap is down the street a very short distance; here you'll find night life and shops and be able to soak up local 'Bajan' culture.
Practical aspects of your vacation are looked after as well: You have private parking immediately outside your apartment; a laundry room in your apartment (always handy to have on holiday); a small (and quite good) market just down the street; and a medical facility about half a mile away. There's a workout room in the condo building and security is present 24/7 - nice to have even though Barbados is considered a safe vacation destination.
The building is family-friendly but also much-enjoyed by friends traveling together as well as romantic getaways.

We loved this place! It was exactly as described, with a pool right out the door and access to beautiful Dover Beach incredibly easy, just a few steps through a gate. We were four single women travelling together, and the unit accommodated us perfectly. We felt very safe, as the security on the property was great. The property was clean and well maintained, we were greeted and oriented to the property as soon as we arrived. The location is good in the St Lawrence Gap although this area, which we understand was once a trendy and happening place, has suffered a bit from a drop in tourism and was actually rather quiet. This, however, could be a good thing for many tourists. The beach was absolutely amazing! White sand, beautiful water, and just enough other beachgoers for good company, but not too crowded. We did suffer a bit of sticker shock as groceries were very expensive ( not a lot of Agriculture on the island so almost everything has to be flown in). Food from vendors and restaurants was likewise pricey, but it was cheaper than trying to eat in. Bring plenty of cash, we were told Visas were accepted everywhere, but many many vendors required cash. All in all, we had a lovely stay at the Sapphire Beach Resort.
To summarize how great our stay was, we had a serious conversation about buying one of the condos available. When was the last time you went on vacation and stayed at a place so great that not only you felt like you ought to come back, but you decided to buy it?
The staff was responsive, always present and ready to help. The location was as great as described, but the pictures don't do it justice because it does not show all the angles of the layout. What you have is a well layout floor plan with wide balconies overseeing a clean and well-maintained kid-friendly pool. The place is safe and secure requiring access codes and keys to come in and out.
The beach in front of the property is welcoming with thin white sand and non-aggressive tides. You can rent chairs and umbrellas and lounge yourself to oblivion. The nearby restaurants provide food and beverages to your relaxation, and you can even rent jet skis right there on the beach.
Since the Condo is located in St Lawrence Gap, you are a walking distance away from several great restaurants, bars, karaoke, and clubs. You would not need to go far to get your party on, but should you choose to, a slew of cabs are either parked out front or drive by on a consistent basis.
This was simply one of the most comfy places we ever stayed at, not to mention the perfect pool and gorgeous beach right outside. We felt at home and safe as property is gated and the property manager was very accommodating. Lots of eateries within walking distance. This made our anniversary perfect.

Wonderful Holiday! Jane was fabulous in determining our needs and assisting us with the details. Unit 103 was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers - clean, comfortable and beautiful ocean views. Jane recommended the Hilton for New Years Eve and it was the ideal celebration - great dj and band for dancing, wonderful food, nice fireworks. Festivities were all right on the beach and it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year! We highly recommend Barbados Blue for all scuba and snorkeling needs - they took excellent care of our family, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Can't say enough good things about this vacation!
BARBADOS, THE SOUTH COAST, & THE ST. LAWRENCE GAP
The south coast of Barbados is known for its beautiful white beaches, the famous Oistins Fish Fry on Friday nights, and its friendly vibe where you'll find locals (called Bajans) and tourists alike.
The St. Lawrence Gap ("gap" means "street") is the area on the south coast that is a favorite destination for both locals and tourists. Lots of quaint small businesses, delicious restaurants, colorful shops, and more—all within walking distance of your condo. A car is not necessary; a taxi to and from the airport is likely all you’ll need.
Known as "The Jewel of the Caribbean," Barbados has more repeat visitors than any of the Caribbean islands and, according to the Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO), 34% of all arrivals to Barbados are repeat visitors. It's easy to see why: The climate averages ideal temperatures in the winter of 75-82 degrees Fahrenheit and in summer a warmer but still lovely 88-92. Gentle trade-winds from the sea keep us cool and we rarely turn on the air-conditioning, although it's available throughout our unit. People are friendly, the sea is crystal clear, and the rum fantastic.
