This ground floor condo is located directly across from the beautiful award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach. Here, the beaches are uncrowded and peaceful, with sugary white sand and calm warm Gulf water. Step just out the front door, and you are on the sand in seconds.
The entire condo has been remodeled and completely upgraded with beautiful tile and wood floor, granite counter-tops, stainless appliances, and new furniture. The large private master bedroom features a new, incredibly comfortable, Queen-size TempurPedic bed, and the second bedroom sleeps additional guests with a comfortable "Murphy" style Full-size bed which can be folded away for additional space. The living room and private Gulf-facing patio give a beautiful view of the water and the Sunset over the Gulf, and the large couch is generously big enough for a nap after a long day on the beach.
There's plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the warm Gulf breezes on your patio, to enjoy your morning coffee or just people-watching.
The pool is located right outside the rear of the condo, with easy access in and out. With only eight condos in the building, the pool is never crowded, and there's plenty of room for relaxing and sunbathing.
Includes large flat screen TV in living room, TV in bedrooms, free high-speed WiFi, cable TV and stereo. All linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a few beach goodies are provided. There is not a washer/dryer in the condo, but a local laundromat is about a 5 minute drive.
Downtown Pass-A-Grille is just around the corner with some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors in the Tampa Bay area. This is Florida vacationing the way it should be!
Located 1block from "the action" & across the street from a beach access was the good part of the 2 weeks we spent here
The unit needed some serious cleaning - dust dust & more dust. Clumps of dust we're hanging from the walls around the air vents & we smelled it when the AC came on. Everything that could collect dust (lamps, decorative stuff) was coated. Floor corners were grimy & grout needed cleaning. Couch upholstery felt dirty, sticky. Window blinds were either hard to open or didn't work at all (& more dust).
Then there were the kitchen issues - dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, dirty pots & pans in the cupboard, hard water film on the glasses, few cooking tools. Beach chairs & umbrella were broken, 1 beach towel was an oversized bath towel. 1 bath towel should have been a rag with the stains on it.
This unit is the perfect location across from the beach and within walking distance to many local restaurants and venues. Never used the pool-- large party of neighboring guests with lots of kids monopolized pool area most of the time --very noisy.
Unit getting tired...broken bathroom drain, broken bedroom closet door. Kitchen not well provisioned. No parking pass when we arrived. Beach chairs broken. With a little attention, this could be a really great place. Check in needs to be earlier than 4 pm.
This location is outstanding on pass a grille beach... it's was spacious enough for the 4 of us & directly across the street was beach access. The pool in the back of the complex was an added bonus. They supplied us with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper,& hand washing soap etc. I was more than pleased with our stay and plan to book this location in the future.
Excellent condo!! Clean and comfortable and convenient to everything!! Across street from beach! We loved it
Outstanding location, outstanding accommodation! Loved having the beach right there, and several restaurants within walking distance. The beach was literally right in front, and the best part was the ice cream and coffee shop right next door! Perfect size room for two adults and two small children.
