This home is in a gated community and is one of the closest possible development to Disney, less than three miles away from the Disney World exit.
The home has professionally designed custom window treatments throughout and offers flat screen TV's in each bedroom, a Play Station 2, 55 inch big screen Television, CD/VCR/Stereo player.
The pool area features a large deck for sun lounging, upscale patio furniture a large gas barbecue grill and a wonderful pool and Jacuzzi!
There is a grocery store, two drug stores and five restaurants, including Outback Steak House, Friday's and Carrabba's, less than one mile from the home.

The thing that I would warn future renters of is PAY ATTENTION TO THE EMAILS. When I thought I was emailing the owners of the property I found out I was actually emailing a company. Turns out when they return emails they are so vague and non direct that they leave themselves openings to mislead you. I started off requesting info before making the reservation. I informed them in an email that I wouldn't be able to check out of the home until 4pm due to our late departure at the airport. In that email I asked if this would be acceptable, what I had in return seemed like a reply that it wouldn't be a concern, but that was an answer to other questions I had in my emails.
The day before I was leaving I had to call and get the info to the home and the process to get into the home as they started emailing from a different company email rather than from vrbo where everything was at all along (mainly to push there business and take interest from vrbo in the future). Once I found it in my junk mail due to it not being a recognized address, we went over the details. What wasn't clear in the directions was that I needed to go directly to the office located several miles away from the home, and not directly to the home as would be expected. The letter gave directions to the home and not the office, so I thought the door codes for the home were the codes provided where in fact they were to the office door that contained papers for the home. Not sure why these couldn't have been emailed in place of the office info, but we survived.
This was my first experience renting a home anywhere, and if they all run like this I don't know that I would do it again. When you get to a hotel you are greeted with information and a key. Here, I have to run around for miles to get what I could've in an email. They have a check-in policy, and I get that, but only open M-F makes this redundant when you arrive at 7pm on a Saturday night in an area you aren't familiar with...
As for the home, very nice! Very impressed with how true to the description and photos the place was!
