THE CONDO: An Awesome Full Ocean View Condo, A-203, is a Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a full kitchen, that sleeps 4. You can contact the owner directly via email. We have a full size washer and dryer in the condo to make laundry easy while you are on vacation. Our condo is located in south Kihei bordering Wailea. This is a low rise luxury complex in an ideal vacation spot where you are a short distance to shopping and dining in both Kihei and Wailea. The Maui Kamaole property is located among the best assortment of swimming and snorkeling beaches in all of Hawaii. Our lanai-balcony is overlooking the ocean, where you can see whales breach during the winter months and beautiful sunsets every evening of the year. The ocean is 100 yards from our lanai-balcony making it a short walk to Kamaole Beach III or the Kihei boat ramp. Wailea shopping is a short 5 minute drive. The airport is 15 miles from our condo, less than a 30 minute drive.
You can relax on the lanai and watch the morning adventure boats come and go, or watch the outriggers and stand-up-paddle boards as they cruise past, while you have your morning breakfast. Evening's are all about the sunset, as you sip your cocktail, nibble on cheese, crackers, fresh fruit, and poki as another beautiful day comes to a close. But don't worry, you can relax knowing tomorrow will be another beautiful day.
Our non-smoking unit is a generous two bedroom, two bath, 1052 square feet. It also has three lanai's for an additional 225 square feet. The downstairs bedroom has a California King size bed, 5 piece bedroom set, two large closets, a flat screen TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan, lanai-balcony, and a private bath. The upstairs Master bedroom has a Eastern King size bed, large closet, 5 piece bedroom set, flat screen TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan, lanai-balcony, and a private bathroom. The master bath has been recently remodeled with granite double sinks, and a stone and glass walk in shower. The master bedroom overlooks the living room, there are louvered sliding doors that can open or close easily and provide privacy if desired.
The living room has an electrically operated sunshade to keep the living room cool in the afternoons. The lanai also has an electrically operated awning that extends over the lanai. There are three ceiling fans in the condo, along with three air conditioners. However, with the lanai's sliding glass doors open, the ocean breezes generally keep the unit quite comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you may desire: range and oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, food processor, salad spinner, strainer, coffee maker, tea pot, barbecue utensils, knife set, egg slicer, mixing bowls, etc.
The lanai closet is equipped with all of the beach going supplies you would need. There are boogie boards, fins, snorkels, swim goggles, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, beach totes, and carrying bins.
THE COMPLEX: Maui Kamaole is a low density complex on 23 acres on some of the most beautiful tropical gardens in all of Maui. It is considered to be one of Maui's premier condominium luxury resorts. It is a very quiet complex away from the hustle and bustle of civilization. There are two pools with jacuzzis. The upper pool, is a tropical garden pool with a sandy bottom jacuzzi, which is great for relaxing after a big day of playing at the beach. The pool closest to our condo is great for swimming laps. It is also adjacent to the Check-In desk which has daily newspapers (for a fee), weekly rags, and informational brochures of local dining and activities. And Marti, the lady at the desk, can help you with any questions you have about the complex or local happennings. There are also BBQ grills and picnic benches around the complex. The BBQ closest to our unit is next to A-101, just a few doors down. There are tennis courts available, reserve yours with Marti. On island management for day to day issues handled by Rentals Maui. We purchased in south Kihei for the beautiful ocean views, and the proximity to the best swimming snorkeling beaches in Hawaii. Maui has many activities. You can sit on the balcony lanai and relax while watching the sunset eating poki and drinking pog (a dash of vodka is nice). Or you can head to the Maui Arts and Culture center for amazing live entertainment. There is so much near by and so much more just within 30 minutes. The Hawaii pace is relaxed, no hurry.
This condo has a full ocean view. Sitting on the balcony lanai, and watching the sunsets is amazing. In the winter months you can watch whales. This condo is 100 yards to the ocean. And if you want to change to fresh water the complex has two beautiful pools. An easy 1 minute walk to the beach (Kamaole III) is right out the door. If you want to relax, take a stroll on the beach, swim in warm water, or just watch the sunset, Maui Kamaole A-203 is the place to be. I want your stay to be as full of wonder and activities as you would like it to be.
The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything from beach equipment to spices in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, which is important for my back, and rooms good sized. The master is upstairs. We watched whales surface from the balcony and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Kent was very responsive to questions and very helpful. 5 minute walk to the beach and several excellent food locations. Great stay-hate to go home!
Very clean well kept condo at a reasonable price and location
We had a wonderful stay at this condo and it had everything a guest could ask for and more. You won’t get a better view from any other unit; completely unobstructed, private and up on a slight hill. It is a bit quieter at this southern location yet close enough to walk to local restaurants, shops and most of all, the beach right across the street. The grounds are impeccable with a lot of shade throughout the complex and a variety of beautiful tropical trees and plants. The pools and decking are very clean with a large sitting and barbeque area. We always enjoyed opening up the patio doors in the morning to hear the local birds and their unusual calls. The unit is well stocked with a full complement of household and beach supplies. Closet items are labelled so easy to locate when needed. It is a home away from home in a wonderful setting and we look forward to the day that we can return and experience all that Maui has to offer.

My first impression, I opened the door and said Wow!, the view is amazing! The ocean view is spectacular. The condo has everything you could want. The owner was responsive and helpful. The condo is located next to and near the best snorkeling and beaches of all the Hawaiian islands. We will come back to this condo. Amazing vacation. We are now in love with Maui and this condo.
We were highly impressed by our holiday apartment. It was spacious, well designed, equipped with everything you could possibly need and the attention to detail (recommendations for local attractions, boxes with spare household items, games, beach equipment etc.) was impressive. The location of the apartment, approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach, meant that we could take our toddler to enjoy the sand and the water twice per day. By car, you are only minutes away from good restaurants and shops. The Maui Kamaole complex itself is well maintained and family friendly but at the same time very relaxing and serene. We would certainly come back!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved watching the sun set each night. I'm a bit of a germaphobe and was relieved to find the condo very clean. The owner provided lots of useful info about the area. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again in the future.
