Classic ~duplex in the heart of Tribeca. We own this home for many years and invite you to enjoy the comfort of one or two of our bedrooms in a three-bedroom home in a pre-war building.
We’re glad of its skylight, views of roof gardens and the Woolworth building, the exposed brick and cherry wood of our main living room and open kitchen. We’ve got a loft bedroom and two conventional bedrooms - the second is a possible teen lounge with couch, coffee table and drum set, along with a bed positioned in the ladder–accessed loft.
Tribeca has become the most sought after neighborhood because of its amenities for families, and its attractive restaurants for young people. What we covet most is the short walk to the nearest rivers, and the busiest bike path in the country.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, cable, wifi & washer–dryer.
I'm an adjunct history professor; my husband writes for the theater. Recently we put the apartment in my name.
