Welcome to my sun filled corner unit townhouse located in The Village At Camelback.This cozy country cabin townhouse is a SKI-IN/SKI-OUT unit which allows access to the slopes within 150ft to PA most adventure filled mountain CAMELBACK!!!..This mountain has 34 slopes to enjoy and a brand new terrain park for all you thrill seekers.Camelback is also home of the largest snow tubing parks in PA and The Mountain Coaster.If you are looking for some fun in the sun come visit Camelbeach waterpark (5 minute walk from my house) and enjoy their wave pool, boogie board park and waterslides.If your looking for some summer adventure visit there adventure park CBK (opens in APRIL) which offers zip-lining( 1000' dual zip lines and there 4000' long twin zip flyer) or hang out in the trees and try to complete their TREE TOPS Adventure course which has 100+ aerial obsticals to navigate.If you have kids bring them to the explore course or to adventure zone.

This SKI IN/SKI OUT unit allows you to walk to Camelbeach Water Park / Camelback Ski Mountain,No car needed to get to the ski slopes,just a few minute walk to the ski slope and your on your way for a great day of skiing or snow tubing and if you have more then 10 in a group then check out my second ski home located 4 door's down from this house,you all can enjoy your ski getaway together.ID# 3748083.

You can now enjoy the poconos largest indoor waterpark KALAHARI open all year long,Park Tickets can be purchased on there website or at there front desk.( located 10 miles up from my house in Mt Pocono) You also can enjoy The Village at Camelback Clubhouse amenities which has a glass enclosed indoor heated swimming pool( POOL HOURS AND DAYS ARE SEASONAL,THE POOL IS OPEN ONLY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM SEPT 6 TO JULY 1ST.THE POOL IS OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK DURING THE SUMMER SESON,JULY 1 TOPT 5 (WEDNESDAY THE POOL IS CLOSED)THE POOL IS OPEN FOR CERTAIN OFF SEASON HOLIDAYS. hot tub, sauna, fitness room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and basketball court. The Office supplies tennis rackets,tennis balls and basketball.

This complex is a gated community with 24 hour car patrol. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. Townhouse offers WiFi and a 55' flat screen T.V with a Blu-ray player and a X-BOX 360 in living room,there is a big selection of DVD's and a few X-BOX games located in TV stand. ALL bedrooms have a flat screen T.V. with HD-cable and Blu-ray player. The house has three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: is the loft which has a King bed, Bedroom 2: has a queen bed, Bedroom 3: has a queen bed and a twin bunk beds. The leather couch in the living room is a queen size fold out bed. Bed linens,pillows and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own pool towels. Kitchen has dishwasher and microwave and fully equipped with all glassware, dinnerware and cookware. Washing machine and dryer are provided.

Get nice and cozy next to the Wood burning fireplace in living room.Enjoy a nice lunch or dinner out on the back deck grilling up some food on the BBQ grill while taking in the fresh mountain air.Patio tables and chairs are provided.

Parking for this unit is directly off Camelback Road. No driving required to Camelbeach Water Park or amenities. Come, enjoy your vacation being active or just sitting and breathing the clean country air.

Location of this corner unit townhouse is only a hour and half from New York City and offers you the country living with city advantages. Outlet stores and fine restaurants are just a 10 min. drive down Camelback Road. The Village at Camelback offers clean, safe amenities for the whole family to enjoy. This unit is an open floor plan which allows conversation with your family and guest. At dusk, you might spot a few deer who roam the woods behind your back deck giving this property a true country flair.

What makes this townhome unique

No driving to Clubhouse amenities or Camelbeach Water Park. Parking is right off Camelback Rd. for this townhouse. Route 80 is a 15 minute drive as well as Route 611. Short drives take you to many of The Poconos attractions, you'll spend less time in the car and more time having FUN.

I loved the home, perfect for a large family. A great location, walking distance to the water park, close to the outlets, grocery stores. So many anemities for the children to enjoy themselves with. Overall, fantastic. I plan to return next year summer 2017!

Great House - Excellent Location

The owner of the house, Joe was welcoming and accommodating. He answered all of our questions on a timely basis and gave us good advice on local hot spots. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal, we were able to shop at the outlets, visit the water park, gamble at the casino, and even go white water rafting with an easy commute. This house was amazing and I look forward to returning.
