Casa tranquila, segura, limpeza impecável, funcionários do condomínio são educados e prestativos, tanto que fizemos questão de juntarmos todos os hóspedes e dar uma boa gorjeta pois foram sensacionais. O proprietario foi prestativo, educado e honesto. A casa fica ha alguns kms do centro mas por outro lado ja fica no caminho paras as melhores praias. Comercio próximo, tanto que não sentimos falta de nada essencial. Recomendo e pretendo voltar em breve, Foi a primeira vez que fomos para Porto sem ter que ficar em hotel e a casa do Sr. Joao mudou minha visão. O custo beneficio é excelente e o tratamento tanto de proprietarios quanto dos funcionarios do condominio, se assemelha aos melhores hoteis da cidade. Sr. Joao e cia contribuiram para muito para que a nossa viagem em dezembro de 2019 fosse uma das melhores que já fizemos !!!! Se Deus quiser voltaremos em breve !!!!

Viagem em família.

Apartamento excelente, muito agradável, próximo a supermercado, farmácia e o melhor a praia. O sr. João de Drus foi muito prestativo.

Local muito aconchegante e tranquilo! Bem próximo a praia como eu queria. Tudo organizado,limpo . Confesso que fiquei receosa pq não conhecia e a net hj e mundo sem lei. Mas fui SURPREENDIDA ! E lindo. Me sentir em casa😍. Fomos em 10 pessoas semdo 3 crianças então ja e mais complicado,mas ficamos super confortáveis. Então super recomendo..bjkas.

Excellente Apart Hotel Praia Itaperapuan

Não poderia deixar de avaliar essa casa, superou nossas expectativas, confesso que no inicio estava receosa, pois não conhecia ainda o lugar, sou muito chata quanto a limpeza e o conforto das camas, mas estava tudo perfeito, a casa anunciada é exatamente como está, parece um hotel 5 estrelas, camas confortáveis, limpas, lençóis e toalhas brancas trocadas a cada 4 dias, limpeza diária, ar condicionado novos e ainda com vários ventiladores de tetos, aparelhos de TV novos, com canal a cabo. O proprietário João de Deus, desde o primeiro contato ate nossa saída foi espetacular, se preocupando como estávamos, e agindo sempre com extrema honestidade e transparência. O condomínio tem 2 piscinas, com bar, sauna e churrasqueiras, andávamos em torno de 5 minutos estávamos na praia, nossa rua saia na frente da Barraca Axe Moi, ficamos hospedados em 4 casais mais uma criança de 29 de janeiro a 16 de fevereiro, com certeza voltaremos lá quando for para Porto Seguro! Super recomendo!!!

Excelente imovel

Casa muito espaçosa, c varias camas, tv a cabo, sofa de tecido limpinho, geladeira duplex (pode-se comprar varios sorvetes, palletas porto, cerveja sempre geladinha), uma area grande no quintal p colocar roupas e a conexao c o wifi pertinho da portaria....foram com certeza, alguns dos itens diferenciados do imovel do Sr Joao, q alias, é muito prestativo e nos ajudou muito nessa ultima estadia em Porto. Otima escolha! Parabens por manter o imovel em excelente condiçoes!
