New York is amazing. The house was fantastic just a 20 minute subway ride to all the main attractions. So much room , a bathroom each and all the amenities you could wish for. Larry was readily available for any questions and very helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to experience a true feel of New York.
Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this spacious grand home. A traditional Harlem brownstone, with original wood details, the house is well-appointed and had everything we needed. The linens and towels were great quality, and the the beds were very comfortable. It is on a beautiful block and walking distance to major transportation and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
This is a beautiful, well-maintained brownstone in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need to complete your stay was available in the house. Larry has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Three to four blocks to the train, and street parking was available either on the block or one block over. My sister fell in love with the original architectural structure, the art work, and the history of the home. This will always be my go to rental when visiting NY in the future. Larry was very responsive to my emails, inquiries, and for that reason I know with this home I will always have a real home away from home. Thanks for everything Larry, we enjoyed our stay and the history of your beautiful home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is absolutely charming, full of original Victorian-era woodwork. The owner has a lot of vintage family photos in the home which our group enjoyed very much. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is within easy walking distance to the subway and restaurants. There are also "corner markets" within walking distance where you can find essentials.. It was an experience in itself to see a bit of how a typical New Yorker lives! The home is quite comfortable for a large group..plenty of bathrooms and places to spread out. We used Uber mostly to get around, just to save time, but we did travel into the city by subway once. Larry was absolutely wonderful to work with-- always available to provide helpful information. Highly recommend this rental!!
We were 11 people staying in this beautiful house and it was perfect for us.
The house is very big and we did not have the impression of being so much. It is located near the subway.
Thank you Eric for the house cleaning and for having been so nice with us. It was perfectly clean and we appreciated staying there.
Larry who rent his house is also very nice and helpful. He answered to each of our request and the best is done to help people to be fine there.
This is really the place to be....
