The whole house has been newly furnished with professional interior designer. The property has nicely manicured lawn, mature trees, wonderful 1st and 2nd terraces overlooking water and a walkway to water for kayaking. Located in close proximity to Southampton Village and Ocean Beaches including Coopers Beach. This stunning waterfront home is the perfect getaway.

This home is newly furnished with never before used furniture and is perfect for a large family or entertaining. The house sits on 1 acre and includes a total of 6 large, comfortable bedrooms including 3 king-size beds, and 3 queen-size beds. In addition to a spacious two-vehicle garage and plenty of additional parking, the house is handicap friendly and contains a fully functional elevator that accesses every level of the home.

The two living rooms allow hosts to comfortably entertain guests on both levels of the house while enjoying the waterfront view. The living rooms are equipped with not only new flat screen TVs but also fully functioning wood-burning fireplaces and plenty of seating. The dining room seats twelve individuals with expanding waterfront views.

The kitchen contains state of the art appliances including a new microwave, wine refrigerator, and keurig. The laundry room with fully functional washer and dryer is located on the first floor. The backyard contains a sizeable heated pool with water views and child-safety measures. Along the waterline are natural wetlands where from a distance you can often see deer, rabbits, and herons. You can easily kayak around the bay and go fishing as well.

This home is the perfect location for either a family reunion or entertaining. It sits south of the highway and is merely a 5 minute drive into the center of Southampton village. In addition to being so close to delicious restaurants and fabulous shopping, it is also very close to Cooper’s beach and many other town beaches, which are more easily accessible.

About Peter

We are a family local to New York and a short drive from Southampton. We fell in love with the serene surroundings and various activities available at this house. Although we furnished and care for this property as if we were to live there, as a family full of professionals we rarely can spend as much time as we'd like to here.

Since we live nearby, we are available on short notice and have local maintenance and help unhand to assist with anything you might need. We love renting to travelers and families who can enjoy and love the house as we do!

Why Peter chose Hamptons

This property is nestled south of the highway close to the village but is exclusive and private enough with great waterfront views and access to the bay. The property is easy to access right before the notorious Hamptons traffic, is located very close to Coopers Beach and world class golf courses, and is extremely convenient as it provides easy access to the Village and other towns in the east end of the Long Island.

A great two week break

My family and I have just returned to the UK after a great stay at this fantastic Southampton House.

The property was as described, and Peter was very helpful and responsive both during the booking process and while we were at the house.

The house is ideal for a large group (we were only four but there is more than enough space for 12), the games room, the pool and the wide selection of places to sit outside were clear winners for us. The most popular place for eating was sitting on the balcony with a lovely view of the bay and right next to the great BBQ - many perfect evenings.

We spent time on the local beaches, exploring Southampton, East Hampton and Montauk as well as trips to the wineries on the North fork. We also rented a boat for the day from Hampton Bays to explore from the water - great fun! The best restaurant we found (when I could be dragged away from the BBQ) was CowFish only a few mins drive away.

If you want a water view, with plenty to keep you occupied, in a spacious well maintained house - then this is the place.

The perfect Christmas holiday place for our family

Our family of 10 people spent some wonderful days in this house. A spacious living and dining room, a big well appointed kitchen and very comfortable sleeping rooms. We spent our Christmas holidays here. The house was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the lovely view of the bay. When we arrived, we were welcomed by 4 deer just crossing the drive way and into the woods.

The fireplace and the candles added to the perfect winter holiday feeling. Just a few minutes away from the lovely village of Southampton, and 1,5 hours away from JFK. The perfect holiday place for our family! The house is what we have hoped for and what we got!

We just got home from a beautiful week in Southampton. I celebrated my 80th birthday with my family, 11 of us.. I wanted my 4 grandkids to see where their parents grew up on Shinnecock Bay, We stayed for 2 weeks at a cottage on Far Pond Road for 20 years, The "Dream Home" was a far cry from that cottage! Our 4 teenage grandkids enjoyed the pool, game room, weight room & especially the kayak. So comfortable for 7 adults & 4 kids. Dining room table seated us in fine style. Bedrooms were great for everyone for privacy. Of course, my husband & I had the master suite on the 2nd floor with the beautiful bathroom. We had a chance to visit old friends for a bonfire & s'mores & wine out at the Inlet on Dune Road, out to dinner, went to the beach, & out to Montauk for lunch at Gosman;s Dock.

The house is beautifully decorated & has everything needed to have a carefree & wonderful vacation. Peter was available at all times & I felt he really cared that our family had a comfortable & memorable time... and we did!

An amazing home

This home is just wonderful; clean, spacious, well decorated in a comfortable manner and beautifully maintained. My family of 12, including my granddaughter stayed here and we were all taken by the beauty and maintenance of this home.

Peter was great, friendly, provided great information and was responsive to every question and request made.....thank you Peter ! My family and I very much look forward to returning
