Enjoy the fantastic sea views from the 12th floor balcony and also from every single room in the apartment ;-)

Here is what we have for you:

-LIVING ROOM: has a Dining Area with a design comfortable triangular table and 4 modern leather chairs, an extremely comfortable sofa, a 42' Smart TV with Cable(English & Spanish channels, HD Channels,CBS, NBC, FOX etc and free NETFLIX movies), a landline phone with free unlimited local calls and the access to the balcony.

You can see the sea from the all living room.

-BALCONY: a good size chill out balcony at a 12th floor facing straight the beach so during the day you can see all emerald green beach and at night the view of the moon on the sea is just awesome. A table and 4 chairs in the balcony.

-BEDROOM 1: has a King size Bed with new good quality mattress, new bedding, linen and pillows, 2 bedside tables, big built-in closets and, again, an awesome sea view from the bedroom.

Curtains and blackouts will give you the option either to wake-up with the sun coming through there window or to stay in the dark :-)

There is also an Air Bed should you need a 5th person to sleep in ;-)

-BEDROOM 2: has a Queen size bed, also new mattress, bedding, linen and pillows, big closets and sea view.Curtains and Blackouts also installed.

-Kitchen: is fully equipped, it has 4 electric stoves, a big refrigerator/freezer, microwaves, washer, dryer, blender,coffee machine, toaster etc and of course plates, glasses etc.

-Bathroom: is been renovated and has a good water pressure shower, a cabinet, and obviously towels and everything you need.

-The Condo: The condo has a big wooden tanning deck, BBQ area, direct access to Isla Verde Beach, and Security.

-Location: Las Gaviotas is a perfectly located condo right at the beach, in an excellent area of Isla Verde Beach.

It has a 24h supermarket steps from the Condo, a puerto rican food across the street(Martin BBQ), a gourmet pizza restaurant(Ferrari Gourmet) a steakhouse restaurants, also steps from the Condo and is walking distance to absolutely everything (San Juan Casino, Hotels, Restaurants, pharmacy, grocery etc) since it's in the center of Isla Verde.

It's also 5 min drive from the Airport and 15 min drive from Old San Juan (public transport also available)

Beach is awesome. The condo gives you direct access to an almost private beach(not busy at all), unless you want more activity then you can walk for minutes on the beach and reach the Hotels beaches etc.

Also on the beach, 2 min walk on the beach to the left, you get to 'La pozita', a wonderful area of extremely calm sea closed by a wall of rocks.

In the apartment you'll find maps of the area and the Island, tourist information, magazines with info on attractions, excursions etc, an easy flashcard explaining how to use AC, TV, WIFI password, and a local phone number of English and Spanish speaker caretaker who'll assist you should you need anything or should you have any question.

We loved this apartment at the beach, and we just bought it in June 2014.

Since we live in Dubai but we obviously travel a lot to Puerto Rico, we decided to rent it out for short terms, but it's also the place we will end-up moving to :-)

What makes this apartment unique

The sea view is unique and magic. Location is perfect, quiet enough but close to the ¨movement¨.

We loved the beach just downstairs.

We just bought all the furniture, bedding and everything ourselves, thinking on our future home once we move back to Puerto Rico.

That's why we decided to get high quality mattresses etc.

Hopefully it will be our home, your home :-)

The best location to stay in Puerto Rico

Amazing view, healing wind from the ocean, súper confortable bed. It was the best experience staying here!

Santiago was always on line to any question we may have.

And Cuca, the maid, is awesome!

We feel blessed to stay at this place.

Property is wonderful, owners not so much

Pros: the property is a bargain and is clean, well-situated, and in generally good shape. The view from the balcony is amazing. The beach is so close, you can be there in under five minutes. The owners are generally responsive to questions via text message and other electronic app, HOWEVER they are on a completely different continent and are 8 hours ahead of PR time.

Cons: The Gaviotas bldg exterior is dilapidated. Balconies are missing and paint and chunks of concrete are gone, I'm guessing due to Hurricane Maria. The west side of the building is the most damaged, as is the case for the surrounding high rise buildings. Inside everything is clean and basically undamaged, however. The elevators work, and during the week construction workers continue to repair damage.

The unit is clean and cute. But, when my friend and I arrived, we quickly discovered that the front door wouldn't lock. We alerted the owners quickly. They said they would take care of fixing this the next day, but failed to. We also got only one set of keys to the property. Late Day 1, we found out we were supposed to get two sets of keys, but the previous tenants had lost one. We got the second set of keys midmorning on Day 2, but with no update regarding fixing the unlockable front door. As the deadbolt lock still worked in the broken frame, we repeatedly asked for keys to that lock -- no response.

Closer inspection revealed the front doorframe was completely broken. Again I brought this to the owners' attention late on Day 2 and on Day 3, at which point they started to get defensive. The post-Maria situation makes getting building materials and repairmen difficult, so it wasn't until Day 4, the last full day of our stay, that the repairman could finally make the needed repairs due to the prior lack of material availability. Except oops-- it was Saturday, and the condo rules didn't allow repair work on weekends. The repairman was alarmed at the idea having to leave us unsecured, and so he talked the building mgmt into letting him fix the door frame so we could once again lock the door. We had to leave the repairman the 2nd set of keys, though, again inconveniencing us.

The owners got upset at us for complaining (although my friend also insulted them, inflaming the situation) instead of taking responsibility for having a non-locking door. That's not how you run a rental, folks. If you make a mistake, own up to it and apologize. Seek to make things right with your customer.

In your case, considering that you requested us a higher Refund than your security deposit then insulted my wife in writing them decided to write a bad review, the only thing we can do is wish you all the best for the future. We make(and this portal has the proof on our historical) people vacations a wonderful experience because that s what we like to receive when we ourselves go on vacation. And that will continue The fact that you threatened us with a bad review does not affect us because as you can understand travelers(and we are also travelers) are smart enough to spot a bad review sandwiched in the middle of 29 good ones . Fantastic Month

We were fortunate to be able to stay in this condo for the whole month of August. We are thinking about buying a second home in Puerto Rico so we decided we needed to go for a long enough period of time to see if we really want to buy or just vacation in Puerto Rico.

The condo was fantastic. It has the most magnificent view of the ocean and the enclosed balcony was great to hang out at night or day. The owner Santiago was the best to lease from. He has a support staff who is very responsive if you need anything and he is available as well, anxious to make your stay perfect. If anything goes wrong (we had a cable/wifi issue) everyone reacts immediately to get it fixed.

The condo is well equipped with everything you need. Since we were there for a long period of time, we cooked and used the kitchen frequently. There are beach chairs, an ice chest and boogie boards to use at the beach. Isla Verde is the best beach in Puerto Rico in our opinion. You can walk right out to it from the condo and walk as I did; the approximately 1 mile long beach that has wonderful fine sand and warm water. It truly was amazing.

I would recommend this condo highly and we will definitely stay there again.

Nice location and property.

The apartment was clean and the location was great. We rented a car to site see and the property had a reserved spot. There is a grocery store a block away, if you prefer to eat in. We arrived very late at night and left early. We had no problem checking in or out. I would recommend this rental.

Truly a great great place to stay!

First I'd like to begin by thanking Zoraima and Santiago for making me feel at home and for the extra attention they provided. This apartment is truly remarkable and breathtaking. It has the best oceanview you can possibly want. It has absolutely all the amenities warranted and then some! Everything you need for a beach day, to include beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a good size cooler with wheels. WIFI has very good signal strength and even Netflix! The apt itself is absolutely gorgeous!! Not one issue encountered. Best part about this place is its location and the fact that you get to take your clothes back home nice and clean, since it has washer and dryer. I travel to PR at least 6 times a year for both business and pleasure, and I can truly say this apartment is by far the best one I've stayed..yet! I highly recommend doing business with Zoraima and Santiago. Till next time!

An incredible experience

I never leave reviews but this time it left a great footprint.

First, the owner and the local liaison makes sure everything is exactly the way you expect things to be. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and well taking care off.

Second, the apartment is so centrally located and walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was very clean and efficient. The breeze that the 12th floor offers you make you turn the A/C off and enjoy the weather.

I have no desire to stay on a hotel, ever again.
