Wonderful Cottage Chic Condo

This chic condo has everything you're looking for! It is located in Colonial Village on Route One just past Mile Road. Colonial Village is a very well maintained complex with commercial units downstairs and residential upstairs. This particular unit is 1,000 sf and boasts a bright and open floor plan with a large master bedroom on the 3rd floor and a charming living area with a studio feel. Cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, large bathroom with custom tiled soaking tub & radiant heat floors. The kitchen is spacious with a center island plus a dining area w/table and 4 chairs. The main living area has plenty of closet space and also features a second queen size bed. This unit easily and comfortably sleeps 4. There is a single blow up bed in the closet if there is an extra child or young adult.

No restrictions on parking and there is a dumpster at the far end of the parking lot for trash removal.

There is a small grassy area that is common to the complex.

The businesses in the complex are quiet and not at all 'annoying'! There is a hair salon, church, gym, newspaper, barber shop, nail salon, and the front building also has a Subway Sandwich Shop.

Wells Beach is just 1 mile away and the trolley stop is across the street at Hannaford. It just doesn't get more convenient than this!

We are pet friendly if the pet is reasonably sized and well behaved. No reptiles, bird, spiders, etc!!!!

I've lived in this condo since my kids grew up and moved out on their own and I decided to downsize from house to condo. Best move ever!! It's a convenient location and plenty of space to entertain. It's cozy and quiet yet right in the middle of all the action. I rent the condo in the summer months and stay in York with family. It's the perfect set up and if you need anything while you're staying, I'm always nearby.

Colonial Square is conveniently located on Route One in the center of the Wells business district. Just 1 mile to sandy Wells Beach and quaint shops, it's an easy walk or bike ride. The grocery store is across the street as is the local laundry-mat. Within Colonial Square you will find a full service gym, hair salon, mani/pedi salon, and even a Subway Sandwich shop! Many restaurants, pubs, and shops all within walking distance. The trolley stops every 15 minutes just behind the building and will take you all the way to York if you're heading to the zoo, Nubble Lighthouse, or beaches, or to Kennebunkport if you're heading north. Ogunquit is only 5 minutes south and another fun trolley ride away.

Bright, airy and clean condo !

This is our second time staying here during our vacation and enjoyed our stay both times ! We are close to the beaches and restaurants. The condo is clean, bright and fully stocked. It is truly a beautiful condo and so conveniently accessed to other areas as well ! I definitely will be staying here again !
