This extremely spacious four bedroom three bathroom villa offers you all the luxury you would expect at a very affordable price.
This home sleeps up to 10 and also includes baby equipment. The master suit hosts a king size bed, huge walk in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom. It also has direct access onto the pool deck via double patio doors. The double room has a queen size bed, large wardrobe and direct access into a shower room with toilet and hand basin. This shower room is also accessed from the pool area. The two themed twin rooms have single beds and these rooms have access to a central bathroom with shower over bathtub.
The front entrance hall opens up directly into the family entertainment area which offers TV and audio systems which can be enjoyed whilst chilling out on the soft suede effect suite. The fully equipped kitchen is central in the house and offers easy access to the formal dining area, which seats 6 and also to the family breakfast bar and table seating 4. The main lounge has cream leather sofas for your comfort to enjoy the cable TV/DVD/video library. The huge south facing pool and built in spa are accessed directly through the patio.
If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new \"Champions Gate\" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses.
Drive to the new Walmart in less than 10 minutes and other shops and restaurants can be found at Champions Gate just a short drive away.
The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.
The community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests.
WESTRIDGE is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney\'s main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).
