Welcome to Mission Park in Clermont, Florida. Elegantly situated amongst the rolling hills of Clermont, in the prestigious community of Mission Park, is this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Luxury family home. This home provides state-of-the-art living, comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room.
Accommodating 10 people comfortably, this home features 2 master suites, the first master suite has a king size bed and private bathroom; the 2nd has a queen size bed and private bathroom; the 3rd and 4th bedrooms feature 2 twin beds in each. I do not recommend this villa to anyone. We paid for the pool to be heated but when we got there the water was freezing. The management company said they will have someone come to look at it the next day but they didn't and gave the excuse that the weather was cold the last couple of days so will take some time to warm up. The kitchen was filled with small ants, we couldn't leave anything out, the cable in the main living room was not working and the toilet water was running in the washrooms which was annoying at night. Very poorly kept.I tried to call the management company again for two days but they were unreachable, their voice mail was full. If is wasn't for Orlando4villas contacting the management company they would not have come to address some issues. We went to the store and bought ant traps with our own money. We had to paid for the heated pool but it was worthless. We were only able to go into the pool for one day. I don't understand how it can be warm one day and the next cold. Why pay extra for nothing. After all the bad experience the owner didn't even reimburse the pool heater fee. It seems like the owner and the Shine management company don't care about their guests. They do not go the extra mile to make their guests have a great experience. I would not even recommend one star I put one because I had to so I can submit my review.
