This comfortable apartment is a perfect location to easily reach Universal Studios, Hollywood, Griffith Park, Hollywood Bowl, downtown LA and beyond to all the diversity that LA has to offer. Good freeway access and close to Metro rail.
Amenities include Satellite TV, wireless internet washer and dryer, air conditioning and off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook but great restaurants just minutes away if you want to eat out.
Luxury linens, towels, hairdryer in each bathroom. All soaps, shampoo conditioner etc and paper products provided. Beach towels and cooler also provided. Pack-n-play crib and highchair available for infants.
This is the second unit we have rented from the same owner. This two bedroom apartment was so comfortable and spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. Two full bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms.
Unit includes washer and dryer inside the apartment for convenience. Also includes off the street private parking spot.
Excellent location close to major highways, great restaurants and very quiet neighborhood. Any problems are immediately taken care of.
A nice touch is the cookies, fresh fruit and flowers that greet you when you walk in. It feels like home as soon as you arrive.
All information for this property was exactly as specified on the web site with no surprises. I would recommend this property to anyone.
The apartment is just as it seems in the photographs - or perhaps even more lovely. A stylishly decorated and thoroughly clean place to call our temporary home, the apartment is well-located for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills and even the beaches. Close to all the major freeways but in a quiet and safe residential area with plenty of space to park our rental car. We had everything we needed and more - and all our small queries were dealt with in a very timely manner. The manger and owner had excellent conmunication and could not have been more helpful or friendly. We didn't want to leave and it wouldn't surprise me if we come back next time we are in LA. Thank you for making our stay so easy and special. Highly recommended.
Mom’s Day vacation-our week in the LA area brought us here for four nights.
While visiting my daughter, who currently lives in LA, we decided to stay at a property closer to her apartment, Hollywood as we were guests at the Magic Castle and Universal Studios. Including my daughter who stayed with us, our party of four was extremely comfortable in this large, updated apartment. Everything was beyond clean. There was plenty of paper products, cleaning products (as we did towels and dishes) and a wonderful fruit/snack basket. There were hygiene products in the medicine cabinet, in case you should forget to pack something, as well as a hair dryer and ironing board and iron.
Fresh flowers, in all rooms were a great touch and DVDs, books and magazines were available for our use.
The area has limited street parking, should you have guests visit for dinner. You could easily entertain them as there are so many kitchen amenities, from serving pieces to a mortar and pestle.
The area is extremely quiet, neighbors very friendly. Convenient having Burbank airport so near, however we only noticed plane traffic when outside. About ten minutes from the Hollywood flyaway should you be flying in/out of LAX. There is a small balcony to sit outside for fresh air.
The water pressure in the shower was great.
We all appreciated the information packet which included directions/phone numbers for the police, hospital and an emergency dentist (you just never know), as well as the grocery, restaurant and area store recommendations. The home was very well described, including the outside which was appreciated since my map app kept indicating the apartment next door was our destination.
Will happily book again.
The manager was very prompt with her replies. Having never booked a rental, she immediately put me at ease with her professionalism. Availability to purchase trip insurance put my mind at ease, in case our trip needed to be canceled. Thank you all for a wonderful rental.
After researching several "Homeaway" homes in the Burbank area, we decided to reserve this jem. The process of reserving went very smoothly and they went beyond in giving us places to eat, shop, emergency areas, etc. It might look a bit worn on the outside but inside, this unit has been renovated to the top. And so beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook. They also left us a nice fruit/snack basket. The cookies were a hit! We will definitely rent this gorgeous unit again, next time we are in the area. So easy to work with and comfort too. How can you go wrong with that?
What can I say....its just perfect in every way. The owner has thought of every detaIl. Great beds, linens, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Extra frills equal a great comfortable cozy ten day stay.
This was one of those few times when the place REALLY did look like the pictures. In fact, the rental was better.
Upon arrival, we found flowers, a fruit and snacks basket, plush bathrobes and amenities in the medicine cabinet should you have forgotten anything.
The rental is located near the 101 but is on a very quiet street. Universal is just down the freeway as are a variety of restaurants.
This is a residential area so you do need a car.
Would do it again without qualification.
