Clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished, this condo is perfect for families, small groups or couples. It offers easy access to the Airport, Medical Center, UT Medical School, UTSA, USAA, major shopping, great restuarants and tourist attractions.
Our ground floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo offers 2 covered parking spaces, sleeps up to 6 with 1 king sized, 2 twins , all with new pillow topped mattresses and a new full size futon sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom looks out on the gated swimming pool.
There are two full sized bathrooms with bathtub/shower, equipped with safety grip bars.
The condo provides ample closet and storage space, luggage racks, ironing board with iron, and surge protectors for recharging personal phones and computers throughout.
The dining room table sits 6 people with an adjacent bar with for four. The living room provides confortable seating in front of the 48” flat screen TV. WiFi/Internet access, DVD player, films, games and books available as well.
The galley kitchen is complete with new appliances including microwave & toaster oven, standard sized stove with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher; cabinet space, cooking and dining utensils available.
A private patio off the living room includes a comfortable glider, perfect for stargazing on beautiful quiet San Antonio evenings, and beautifully sheds natural light into the condo.

This condo is located within easy access to major highways making it an ideal location for those wishing to get the most out of their visit to the San Antonio and the surrounding area.

Dan and I are both recently retired. We embarked on this adventure having experienced first hand the difficulties for families undergoing hospital care. We saw families traveling for care at the South Texas Medical Center needing a place nearby to rest between treatments or to relax after a day of testing or caring for a family member. We understood how a comfortable multi-room setting would be appreciated over a hotel room. We welcome our guests no matter the reason for visiting. We ensure a clean, comfortable space to stay, to share a home cooked meal, enjoy a glass of wine or relax by the TV or pool.

We selected this condominium because of its location. It is near the medical center and for those of us who like to “count steps” at the end of the day, it offers so much to do within walking distance.
Our neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves; the pool is always clean and rarely used. Our two covered parking spaces are close. Walking from the car to the back door entrance does not require climbing any steps!
We use this property ourselves when visiting family in San Antonio, and have often considered keeping it for ourselves. We enjoy San Antonio and we think this location and property are meant to be shared.
Location: On I-10 just off Loop 410, a short distance into downtown or out to Loop 1604. Hwy 281 provides easy access to shopping, parks, golf, and zoo. Universities are all located within a short distance.
Accessibility: I-10, Loop 410, Loop 1604, Hwy 281
Convenience: Walking distance to major grocery shopping, strip centers with a variety of shopping, restaurant and coffee services.
Quiet: While adjacent to I-10, within it’s brick structure, the condo is private and quiet day and night.

We spent a week at this condo while enjoying several days at Sea World and the Riverwalk area. We loved the location of this condo in the fact that we could get on the interstate quickly and get to both locations in a pretty short amount of time and we loved having HEB next door. While this condo wasn't in a fancy "resort" and at first we were a little leery of the location (we aren't city folks), we quickly came to realize it wasn't in a bad location and everything was just fine. We liked the covered parking and it's a short walk to the condo and how getting to the unit doesn't involve any stairs to climb. The condo is laid out quite well and it seemed roomy for our family of 5. The owners have stocked this unit very well and I love how they have a lot of the areas labeled to help you find what you need rather quickly. We loved sitting around the large dining room table for a meal after a long, HOT day out and about. The king bed was VERY comfy and that bedroom is quite large. We enjoyed the swimming pool most afternoons or evenings and it is literally steps away from the unit. I also washed and dried a load of clothes at the little laundromat they have by the pool and change for the machines and detergent was easily located inside our unit. As a fellow vacation rental owner I greatly appreciated the owners attention to detail! We accidentally left a personal pillow in the unit (well, my husband did ha) and the owners worked to get it back to us. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in San Antonio. Thanks for the great place to stay!
This unit was nicely equipped including burglar bars on all windows and doors which worked great in keeping out any intruders. Unfortunately, the parking area surveillance cameras were not working and thieves broke into my car stealing over $3000 worth of golf equipment. We enjoyed the San Antonio area and the surrounding hill country and the weather was great. The only problem with the condo was some small ants in the kitchen area which we bought ant traps to control. Future renters, don't leave valuables in your car or SUV.
We had a wonderful time and the condo was just what we were looking for. It was very clean and comfortable and so close to everything. We visited the River Walk, Alamo, Sea World, and the Zoo and all were only about 15-20 minutes away. The furthest place we went was the Natural Bridge Caverns but that was only 35 minutes away. The HEB food store was convenient and had everything we needed. The kids had a nice time in the pool even though a bit too cold for the adults. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. The Netflix and iTunes were a nice added touch. There were lots of places to charge all devices. The kitchen had everything we needed although some new pots would be suggested. We arrived quite late and the keys were in a lockbox. It was quite dark and difficult to see the numbers on the lock so luckily my phone was charged so I simply used the flashlight on it. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place. And San Antonio was a wonderful place to visit!

We enjoyed staying here. The large dining table was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. The quarter jar for the laundry was a nice touch. We do wish the pots and pans were of a higher quality, but there were plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc.
The condo is conveniently located less than half a block from one of HEB's largest grocery stores. We also have Starbucks, Tuesday Morning, Office Depot, Big Lots, CVS and Walgreens within two blocks. I-10 West is lined with big box stores, restaurants, movie theaters. The center of the Medical Center is less than 2 miles from the condo, across I-10 . Condo is one exit from Loop 410.
