It is all set in a natural enviornment of coconuts, lemon, orange, papaya, guanabana trees, bird lovers paradise that will make you to enjoy nature and relax. And also enjoy the ambience of the flowers and the hummingbirds.
It is located walking distance to restaurants and one could get by
well without the cost of a rental car.

Lovely rustic cottage close to a great beach

We were made feel very welcome, close to the beach and a few restaurants, everything needed to cook with the benefit of aircon in the bedroom. Enjoyed our stay, thank you

beautiful and comfortabel house

Very nice House with clean rooms. The house has everything you need. Just a few minutes to walk to the beach with excellent and consistent surf conditions. Gabriela and Rick are very friendly and helpful hosts. The place is very safe and well protected. If you are looking for a peaceful and calm place, you will find it here.

True Costa Rican Vibe

Wonderful time spent in a property that made me feel like i was staying where i was. Atypical construction true to the area. Not some sanitized corporate property. Hosts were wonderful and responsive! When we left we felt like we had made friends!

Amazing place to stay in Playa Avellanas!

My husband and I spent three weeks in Playa Avellanas. The house was perfect with a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. We loved getting up in the morning, drinking coffee, and listening to the local troop of Howler Monkeys. We appreciated being able to cook in a well-stocked kitchen and have a centrally located home for our travels in western Costa Rica. Finally, I can't say enough about our hosts, Gabi and Rick. They live on the property, were very generous with their time, answered lots of questions for us, and overall made our stay comfortable and memorable!
