Welcome to our newly constructed studio apartment located above the detached garage in our back garden at 96 Ferguson Ave in Burlington Vermont. Affectionately known as the garage-mahal the apartment offers privacy and convenience. You'll enjoy the tree-top views and stylish space. In just 320 square feet there's a full kitchen, bath with shower, queen sized bed, dining table for two, loveseat, flat screen tv with WiFi connection and a ceiling fan.

Garage-mahal is on the second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.

The location in Burlington's southend offers easy access to downtown and the bike path and is walking distance to the lake and parks. Also close by are a full service grocery, a drug store, 3 craft breweries, and a local chocolate shop,

Amazing Apartment and Location in Burlington!

My wife and I stayed at the "Garage-Mahal" as we visited Burlington as part of our anniversary. The apartment was perfect for us in every way. It was clean and comfortable with all of the basic necessities provided (i.e., linens, towels, toiletries, etc.). The kitchen was also well equipped and the wi-fi worked perfectly. The location of the apartment is wonderful. You are a little more than a mile from the center of downtown Burlington and the lakefront. If you enjoy breweries, there are three within a half-mile of the apartment (not to mention all that are located in Burlington and in the surrounding area). Our host Nancy was very responsive, answering any and all questions that we had promptly. She could not have been a better. Should we return to Burlington, our first step would be to book this apartment!

Very cozy and comfortable!

This little apartment was perfect! It's in a pretty, quite neighborhood and is close to everything - the lake, UVM, Church Street, Breweries - wherever you want to go. It has everything you need and more! We will definitely stay here again if we are fortunate to venture to Burlington again. Thank you to our friendly hosts!

Perfect accommodations! Easy to find, clean & comfortable!

Was a bit concerned about booking due to the outside stairs and my arthritic knees. Not an issue! Low rise on the stairs and a wide tread made the stairs very manageable-even while carrying luggage. Will definitely choose this again. Thank you for providing a good alternative to the local hotel market.
