This is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment which can comfortably sleep 4 adults (sofa bed available), delightfully positioned off Golborne Road a mere 5 minute walk away from the famous Portobello Road Market.

Golborne Road is one of the most sought after addresses in North Kensington, boasting an array of charming independent shops, cafes and eateries from around the World (and the landmark 'Lisboa' cafe, a wonderful Portuguese Patisserie which supplies its famous pastries to shops and cafes all over London!)

The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with everything you might need to cook up a storm using any of the international ingredients you might find on a lazy stroll along Golborne Road with a feast in mind! A toaster, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, hob and combination oven are also at our guests' disposal for the duration of their stay.

We provide freshly laundered hotel-grade linen and luxurious towels for all our guests, which will be lying fluffed up on the bed upon arrival for your use. There is also a washing machine and a large drying rack for your own laundry.

Fast broadband internet with wi-fi access is also provided.

In addition to the wonderful character of this apartment and being in such a lovely neighbourhood, it is also perfectly positioned for access to public transport - Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Grove tube station is 5 minutes walk away, meaning one can reach Central London in less than 15 mins.

Great flat with everything we needed.

it was nice to be a bit away from the city. We were able to walk or Uber everywhere we wanted to go in London and at the end of a busy day come back to a quiet flat. I would definitely recommend this flat.

Great Location

The apartment was exactly as it is shown online. We were a little concerned about the noise of the trains being so close to the apartment, but they didn't keep us awake. While we were at the apartment, London was having a heat wave, so the floor fan that was in the apartment came in very handy. I personally loved the washer being in the apartment. After being on vacation for 7 weeks, it was wonderful to be able to get the clothes washed and dried before heading home.

The location of the Sainsbury market was close, as well as the various ethnic restaurants. We found a really good Moroccan restaurant Zayane on Golbrorne Road that is open every day except for Monday. The portions are perfect for sharing and the owners are very helpful. PizzaEast is also a good place to go for dinner.

While there, we had some problems with the internet. Jhonathan was easy to reach and quick to resolve any issues. This is the 8th VRBO apartment that we have rented during our travels, and is an excellent example of the good quality of lodgings that are advertised.

Great apartment, not really in Notting Hill

The apartment was wonderful - very well kept and easy check in and check out, and really cute. No issues there. If I were to critique one thing, it is that this apartment isn't really in Notting Hill. It may be technically, but it is actually quite far from the tube stops and out of the way, and its in a mixed neighborhood, although it felt very safe. This was an issue for me, as it took me almost an hour to commute anywhere, and it was a half hour walk to the Notting Hill Gate tube station. That said, if you are less concerned about exact location, it is a really cute flat, and Jhonathan was extremely responsive and helpful.

Wonderful flat...A real gem!

This gem of an apartment had absolutely everything that we needed. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, and just beautiful. Jhonathan was very responsive and helpful. The bathroom was roomy, modern and very well appointed, the kitchen had everything one would need, and the bed was very comfortable. We spent two weeks there and it felt like home. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the subway and even closer to the major bus routes. Buses 23 and 52 provide excellent views of London landmarks. The Portuguese bakery Lisboa, a few blocks away, is a must go for coffee and pastry. We would definitely stay here again.

Best deal for comfort and very good host

It is absolutely true:

Impecably clean, spick and span, a pleasure to walk bare footed.

Excellent beds. For those out there who love skeeping in your beds abd dread strange matresses, you will feel at home.

Trains: they are really close but their sound is silent. I slept like a baby.

Hot water: you have to show by pairs, two in the morning, two at night.

Location: perfect if you crave for quietness after a hectic day in London. Westbourne Park tube just 9 min walk and bus 70 to South Kensington and 23 to Oxford Circus just 2 rough blocks away.

Groceries: Sainsbury's big supermarket also 2 blocks away.

All in all, definitely my home in London ( there no better compliment!)

Home away from home

Comfortable, fully equipped flat had everything I could need for a 10 day visit to London. Bit of a walk from the nearest tube station. Jhonathan is an excellent host. He was accessible anytime I had a question and even checked in mid week to make sure I had everything I needed.
