It is a second floor apartment with lots of light from large windows. There is a cozy gas log fireplace in the living room. The vintage range in the kitchen adds to the ambiance. Exceptional! Afforded it! Within short distance of Universal Studios. Right down the street from what's going on in Hollywood. Hard to get to, but once you do! That's what Its all about. We thought it was fabtabluwood! Private, off street parking and the manageris spectaculous. Had a great time.

Reviewer Comments:

I stayed here for nine days while my place was being worked on. From the location I was worried it might be noisy being right on Highland, but the building is set back from the street behind a big fence and lots of trees and is very peaceful. There is an interior courtyard with tables, chairs, sofas, and a gas BBQ and you would never know you were just a stone's throw away from one of the busiest streets in town. The unit was great, very clean. I like to cook at home and asked for an additional kitchen item which was brought to me in a few minutes. All good!

Reviewer Comments:

With a great location, just a few minutes walk from the Chinese Theatre, but in a quiet location, this apartment was great for us, a family of two adults and two teenage kids! The place was clean, nicely decorated and spacious! There was plenty of room for the extra rollaway bed that was provided. The building is an located maybe 100ft from the street, behind a wall. It is a quirky, old, listed building, that makes you travel in time. I would highly recommend it and will certainly stay here again, if I return to L.A. The only negative was that the owner was a bit slow in responding to my messages.
