House rents for a minimum of one month, however guest may elect to stay any portion of that month. The first week's rate is $4,000, second week's rate is $1,500, third week's rate is $1,000 and total month rate is $7,500.
Guest is required to pay all fees, taxes and deposits in advance. $1,000 usd non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservation.
