Splendid duplex apartment situated on a quite pedestrian street in the middle of the bubbling Santa Cruz district. 95 m 2 divided into two levels. The property is accessed through a hall that leads into the living room and from the living room into the fully equipped and modern kitchen). Both rooms have direct access to the private central courtyard, one of the great charms of this property. The 18 m2 peaceful patio has a lush foliage and creepers growing up the wall and is equipped with practical outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining nearly the whole year round. If desired, the patio can become an extension of the living room through a system of large windows that open, giving a new dimension and charm to the room.

On the top floor, accessed by a stair case we have the bedrooms and the bathroom. The double room has two beds of 0.90m x 2.00m pushed together and a large fitted cupboard. The second room is a single room of 0.90m x 2.00m. Both bedrooms share the bathroom with a walk in shower have lovely views of the centre patio.
