Exquisitely remodeled, with marble floors, marble shower tiles, a spectacular kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the best feature... the ocean is only 3 short blocks away. Located on a super-wide canal with crystal clear water (you can fish from the dock), you can enjoy a peaceful, spectacular view with your breakfast right from the expansive dock. Relax the morning away here enjoying your morning coffee and seeing the fish jump out of the water. You might even be lucky enough to meet other guests on the dock. Then stroll over to the beach just 3 short blocks away and enjoy what only Miami Beach has to offer.......beautiful and warm turquoise water, wide stretches of warm sand, perfect for curling your toes into and escaping the dreary cold.

EVERY PIECE OF INFORMATION YOU NEED TO MAKE A DECISION ABOUT THIS HOME IS HERE. Just take a few moments to read the following 5 sentences and all of your questions regarding pricing, availability, and security (regarding the validity of this rental) are most likely here:

1. To check whether this condo is available for your dates, simply look for the link above that says, 'CALENDAR', it is just below the photos. IMPORTANT!!! If the dates are not available I have another property for you as well, HomeAway # 3776913. 2. To check the rates click on the link above, just below the photos, that says 'RATES'. Look for the time of the year you're interested in and bingo, you'll have your rates. NOTE: HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS (such as the WMC, Boat Show, Christmas, etc.) have assigned a block of time and higher rates. If your reservation falls between the event dates, please inquire and we will adjust the quote. If you feel that the rate is out of line with your needs, please contact us to see if we can help.

3. I welcome your call, but before you do please fill out the form above and to the right that says 'CONTACT THE OWNER' in blue. This is important because if you want to eventually rent my condo you will pay through Homeaway and I need your information in the Homeaway system in order to send you an invoice. But do feel free to call me although emails are best, as you’ll have a record and. I do welcome hearing from you!

4. We use the Homeaway Reservation Manager system. What this means is complete security, safety, and peace of mind for this rental. Only a select few properties on Homeaway use their Reservation Manager system. Since you will pay Homeaway directly, not us, you can be assured of the utmost in security for this transaction. This also legitimizes this rental like nothing else can.

5. To rent this home you simply fill in the form at the upper right and wait for my response which will give you an exact quote. If you want to rent it, simply answer that email from me and say, 'PLEASE SEND ME A PAYMENT LINK'. I will then generate a payment link directly from Homeaway and will send it to you. 25% is required to reserve it, and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Shops and restaurants are located just a short walk away, and South Beach is just 10 minutes away. Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Miami International Airport.

ANYTHING WORTH SEEING IS CENTRALLY LOCATED!: - Buses stop right outside the building.

Great home away from home

This is a clean, nicely remodeled and decorated home. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, dishes and other necessities. Carmen and Del were great to work with prior to our trip and were great in person. There are several free trolley stops near the condo to use to get around Miami Beach. The deck overlooked a pretty canal. Carmen supplies beach chairs, bag and beach towels. Both Uber and Lyft are active here if you don't want to use the trolley.

Excatly as described!

I took my parents , son and his girlfriend here for a week, as we needed some sunshine and family time. The location was perfect for my parents as they like to drive around via car, and there was an easy parking spot and a very nice, quiet , place to sit by the canal water every morning and evening. That was their highlight! We were the only guests that used the dock, and I am not sure why as it was so very calming and nice. We used the BBQ two nights, which was nice. Enjoyed the location for the trolley, beach and long walks via the boardwalk and park. There was no view in our unit. Just the cement building /construction next door, and the walkway, so we had to keep our blinds semi closed. I would recommend some blinds that you can see out of, but others can't see in? The second bathroom could use a fan to help with the humidity, but we just opened the window to let the steam out from showering. The kitchen was equipped quite well. We didn't meet any other guests while there, yet we were hoping to! It would have been nice to hear about their days and excursions as well. This is a very nice, quite spot to stay at. Construction didn't bother us too much, as we are early risers, and it stops around 4 pm each day. The noise starts around 7am. If staying here, you will likely want to rent a car. It is POSSIBLE to not rent a car, but it is in a residential area and not close to restaurants/ shopping/ excursions. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella's. The beach is quite close, and we spent a lot of time there. I would recommend this place to others in a similar situation with family.

Nice updated condo

This is a very nice condo. It is as pictured on the website. The kitchen is nicely updated with new appliances. Nice cabinets and counters. The bathrooms are also very nicely updated. Plenty of closet space and a washer and dryer to use. The shared deck on the canal is great! There is plenty of space with tables and chairs. The owners are on site doing maintenance and very nice people. The area is fine with easy transportation to restaurants and bars by bus or rideshare. The beach is 3 blocks away and they provide beach chairs and a beach bag to use which was very nice. (Also beach toys in the closet). The one area I would say is a negative is the amount of natural light. The condo has no access to the deck (which I didn't realize) you have to exit the apartment and walk around to the deck. The only window in the living area faces the covered walkway in front of the apartment and if you open it there is some light but then you have people looking in as they walk by so no privacy. Same thing in the bedrooms. The beds are not the most comfortable I would suggest a box spring be added. But Overall a very nice place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Nice unit, some challenges

If I had the option to give the unit 3.5 stars, I would. The unit has been nicely remodeled and was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was very helpful to have a dedicated parking space. Some temporary issues: there is a major construction right next door; every morning at 7 am the heavy construction equipment started roaring and beeping. The guests from the Pacific time zone were awakened at 4 am their body time -- daily. NOT peaceful or restful, at least until that large multi-residential building is complete! Because of our heavy daily schedule, I didn't have a chance to alert our hosts to some other issues, but will relay now. 1) Two wifi networks were offered. The passcode to the first one didn't work at all. The second network appeared the first night, and I was able to log in, but on all the other nights, it didn't even show up as an available network. Therefore I didn't have wifi for most of our stay. 2) The kitchen has basics, but was not welcoming. There was no ice in the icemaker, and no ice trays so we could make ice. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or coffee filters for it. I briefly ran into the host and asked about that. Her response was, we don't do that. What? Every VRBO and AirBNB and hotel I've ever stayed in offered a few welcoming perks like at least a welcoming, one-day supply of coffee and tea. Many places have offered some basic fruit or bagels to tide their guests over as well. It struck me as unusual that (unlike most other places) there was nothing there at all. It took us a couple of days to find a grocery store, and we never did find a coffee shop in the neighborhood. 3) The tub in the hallway bath was very slippery and did not drain well.

All of these things (except the construction) are immediately fixable. If the owner were to take care of these concerns, I would up the star rating.

A great vacation get away

The condo is just a the pictures shows..the deck is beautiful and the water is great..its a great place to party and relax. I will probably do it again next year.
