Middle level offers you your living room with gas fireplace TV with cable and DVD player and stereo system, Internet, dining area, full kitchen and access to balcony deck with patio furniture and gas BBQ. Bottom, third level, you have your Master bedroom and third bedroom both with slider doors with stairs directly to the sand, laundry area and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. You are just a short drive to numerous attractions, i.e. Famous Beach Boardwalk, Gizdich Farms for Berry picking, Moss Landing for some Kayaking or Whale watching, or Monterey Bay Aquarium. Santa Cruz county has great restaurants with the beach feel, from Stagnaros on the Wharf, Phil's Fish Market in Moss Landing, Cafe Sparrow and Cafe Cruz. Sister trip

My sisters and I took a little vacation. We had plenty of room. I could hear the surf even with the doors closed. The beds were amazing.

The rental staff was so helpful. A big shout out to Summer! She was super!

I would definitely stay here again.

dirty and in need of updating especially for rental price

Arrived and had to buy a broom to sweep all the sand under the runner in dining area. Deck not swept off. Two of the brown woven chairs had broken straps and were crap. Bought 3 coffee mugs as the small demi-tasse mugs didn't cut it. Cheerios and debris under chair and couch. Internet went out and then back on and after that my 1 year old IPad froze up and stopped (and still isn't) working. I dont expect to have to clean upon arrival.

I paid a lot of money for off season and really disappointed in quality of rental. Update, update, update!

We will address the cleanliness with the cleaning crew and let the Owner know that they need new chairs and larger coffee mugs. lovely beach property

We really enjoyed our stay at 763 Sand Dollar. The views of the beach were incredible, the property was well furnished and comfortable. It was a fabulous getaway. Thanks again!
