The house has plenty of light (impact windows ) and open onto the pool and the river via sliding doors (all have screens) .Enjoy the outdoor as much as the house, with a heated salt water pool , outdoor sound system, amazing river views, gas BBQ, designer outdoor furniture, 2 kayaks, Outdoor shower (hot and cold) and cabana/laundry room with toilet).The river side is lined with 4 beautiful Royal Palm trees. The private dock is the perfect location for sunset drinks :-). 2 Kayaks are at your disposal in order to explore the Venice of the Americas. Fishing rods at your disposal too if you want to try your luck from the 75 feet sea wall.
Owner's main residence, therefore it is perfectly maintained and equipped (all appliances /TV are less than 2 years old, high-end furniture (ROCHE BOBOIS...) , high quality bedding for the 3 bedrooms- king beds....).

You can not beat the location (best kept secret of Fort lauderdale :-)) , the house is furnished with taste with tons of light and the views are amazing (river/pool/palm trees).I keep a 21 foot runaboat at the house's private dock.
The house is in a residential (only single family homes ), secure, trendy and quiet neighborhood (no outlet road). The house is overlooking Wilton Manors, close to everything. The house is tastefully furnished , I am a mid-century modern lover :-)

The house has plenty of light, with impact/hurricane glass sliding doors + windows (all equipped with screens) opening on the pool / dock.The house is furnished with high end furniture and vintage pieces. , all the mattresses are excellent quality (firm), all king size , all white bed linens, duvet and duvet cover, mattress and pillows protector, Frette towels.
We rented this beautiful house for 4 weeks during the holiday. Fantastic location we met the owner after a long trip from canada. We arrived in the mid afternoon and the house was ready for us. We tour the property with the owner and everything look even better than the pictures on the website. Superb pool, beautiful landscape and well decorated interior. New mattress were just purchase by the owner and the bathroom was freshly renovated !
The kitchen was truly fully equip, i always travel to a vacation rental with my favorite kitchen tool. In this case it was not necessary, the kitchen had everything i needed.We enjoy the yard with quality outdoor furniture and super size pool heated to our liking.We also took the kayaks for a few nice discovery trips of Fort Lauderdale's canals.
The weather this year was fabulous so we spend a good amount of time outdoor. Good location in the middle of Fort Lauderdale easy access to restaurant and shopping, Coral Shores is a small quiet community with only two access, it felt secure to walk on the street even late at night. Love it so much, we rented the house for the same period next year. See you soon Fort Lauderdale.

We can only agree with everything Guy and Alain wrote. From the very beginning, with communication with the owner and then our arrival until the minute we left, everything was excellent. Not only of course the owner's service and help but also the house itself and its location. Peaceful and at the same time close to shops and the beach. For us, this was a perfect week and highly recommendable.
