A superb duplex penthouse apartment in Casares de Sol, a private, luxury, residential development with 6 pools and all the facilities you would want for a fabulous holiday. Magnificent roof terrace and sea views. Close to many quality golf courses and only 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. Close to Estepona and a short drive to Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gilbraltar. Near the picturesque village of Casares.

Well furnished apartment in a secure, gated compound overlooking a fantastic pool and beautiful tropical gardens. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and there is also a toilet/shower room. Fully fitted kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave). Spacious living room with dining for 6 and a large, comfortable sofa bed. The living room extends out to a well sized patio that leads up to a huge rooftop terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the sea, the golf courses and the surrounding mountains on one side, and of the pool area and gardens on the other. The terrace has a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ. Fully air-conditioned/heating. Free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, DVD and stereo. The apartment is decorated to a high standard with marble flooring. Underground car park with lift to the ground floor.

The complex is set in a relaxing location amidst lush tropical gardens, and features six large communal swimming pools and separate toddler pools with sunbeds and parasols in a spacious, green pool area. The pools are fenced for safety and there is a lifeguard on duty. The secure, gated gardens provide plenty of space for children to play safely. There is private security in the evening. Casares del Sol is a newly-built luxury development to the west of Malaga, just 10 minutes from the town of Estepona. Located in an unspoilt part of the sunny Costa del Sol, close to Casares sandy beach and to a large number of restaurants, bars, golf courses, marinas, and conveniently located for exploring the area. The complex backs onto the Finca Cortesin golf course, one of the finest in Spain. Casares is one of Andalusia’s most beautiful white top mountain villages. The splendid weather and warm temperatures all year round make this place the perfect holiday destination any time of the year.

Casares beach, a sandy, blue-flag beach with its own beach bar and restaurant, is 800 metres (that’s a 10 minute stroll or a short drive down the road).

Restaurant bar is 200 metres or a 2 minute walk.

Casares Golf and Finca Cortesin Championship Golf Course are 200 metres or a 2 minute walk.

The town of Sabinillas and the lively port and marina of La Duquesa are a 5 minute drive.

Mini shop (a garage selling basic things) is 600 m., at the bottom of the road

Taxi rank is 800 m.

There are plenty of supermarkets just a 3 minute drive either side of the main road.

Nearby towns:

The white village of Casares is a 15 minute drive into the hills.

Estepona is only a 10 minute drive.

Marbella and Puerto Banús are a 20 minute drive.

Gibraltar is 30 minutes by car.

Less than one hour’s drive are the towns of Algeciras and Tarifa, where you can board a ferry to Tangiers, in Morocco (one hour ride).

Nearest international airports: Gibraltar (a 30 minutes drive) and Malaga (one hour drive).
