Modern, spacious with a sunny terrace off lounge and bedrooms plus a roof terrace providing all day sun! With air conditioning, 2 adults and kids communal swimming pools and 5 mins walk from the seafront and bus route, this is a fantastic property for a family holiday or golf holiday!

•Walking distance to seafront and bus route, takes around 5 minutes to walk.

•2 Large supermarkets (popular with locals so cheap) 15 mins walk away or 2 mins taxi trip! (Mercadona and SuperCor)

•Roof terrace with beautiful panoramic views of Countryside and Malaga Mountains! All day sun on the terraces meaning you can sunbathe in total privacy to your heart's content!

5 minutes walk to the bus stop, with regular buses travelling to Benalmadena (5 minute ride) or Fuengirola (10 - 15 minute ride)!

5 minutes walk to the seafront, with various small Cove Beaches to enjoy in the area, or travel to Benalmadena or Fuengirola Beaches which are golden soft wide and many kilometres long!

Situated right in between the popular Beach Resort Towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena! A hire car is recommended, but with one (not 100% required as we can arrange cheap private airport transfers to/from Malaga Airport) you have both towns within 2-5 minutes drive offering the following attractions!:

Property well presented clean and tidy . welcome woman was very helpful holiday was good . would definitely stay again . next time we will get a rental car as belamedina is quite hilly . and the local supermarket is up a hill . a car would of made the holiday perfect

spacious property

the aptmt was lovely clean and bright terrace was huge wish the air con was more modern ie remote controlled but oaky just . the pool is just next to aptmt and was fantastic lovely well kept area with afew seats but you can take seats/longers from aptmt if needed. bit of ahill down to aptmt bit of ahill down to front gate i would recomend a car or oxigen depending on your fittness level.thats the reason for four stars customer service good the property was very well maintained if you want aquite time and have a car or dont mind abit of awalk into all the nite life ect this is an excellent aptmt

Lovely penthouse apartment

We enjoyed great golf holiday in Benalmadena and stayed 9 nights in this lovely penthouse apartment. The apartment is very spacious, light, clean and tidy. As well it is equipped very well to deal with everyday life.

The large terrace is sunny and nice. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning in the terrace and sat there in the evenings. The apartment is in very peaceful and safe area without any distraction even though not too far from the city centre. It was easy to drive from the area to many golf courses. We played also Torrequebrada golf course, which is very close to the apartment. The course is fine and in very good condition.

Roger, the owner of the apartment, is friendly, polite and dependable. Everything in the renting process went excellently.

We can highly recommend this apartment e.g. for the families, two couples etc.

Beautiful beaches

Je peux vous assurer que les plages situées dans le secteur d'Elviria, au nord de marbella (appelé Marbella Est par les locaux :El Rosario, Las Chapas, Los Monteros, Cabopino, ce sont les plus belles de la Costa del Sol, il n'y a rien à redire sur la qualité du sable et de l'eau, elles sont longues et larges et ont une trés belle vue sur le rocher de Gibraltar et les côtes marocaines (par temps clair), de plus, ce coin est très joli. Seul hic, elles ne sont pas faciles à trouver, il faut sortir de l'Autovia del Mediteraneo (N 340) et emprunter de minuscules rues qui partent vers la mer pour les trouver. Par ailleurs, ce sont les plages favorites et cachées des résidants du coin, par conséquent, en Aout ou le week-end (hors saison), il peut être difficile de se garer, mais ensuite aucun problème pour trouver de la place pour poser sa serviette. Vers Malaga, vous ne trouverez pas grand chose, niveau plages, ce sera surtout le bout des pistes de l'aéroport, faut aimer !!! Si vous souhaitez aller moins loin, aller sur la plage d'El Castillo, à la sortie sud de Fuengirola. Bon séjour
