Oak Square of Gatlinburg is located in downtown Gatlinburg just steps from Ober Gatlinburg's Aerial Tramway. It offers an indoor heated pool as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. There is also free wireless internet. The complex is also near several restaurants and within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Not happy

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was most definitely outdated and not very clean. Most likely will not rent here again. The previous two experiences was awesome.

Great weekend

Fantastic location and great little condo. We visited Gatlinburg for our 34th anniversary and had a great time. We will certainly stay here again! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management was wonderful. Very easy check in and check out. Location was excellent. The room was a nice size, but it needs to be cleaned a little better. It wasn't so bad that we wouldn't stay, but it wasn't as clean as it should have been. But there was no bugs and we would stay there again.
