Crisp white cabinets brighten the entire cooking space, while the nearby dining area is accented with a modern-inspired set up to easily accommodate up to six travelers in your crew. Beautifully mirrored walls offers a refreshing take on modern travel, while the classically coastal living space features cozy furniture, perfect for a family movie night, or to watch the big game surrounded by friends and family.
The open living area also features sliding glass doors to allow to immediate access to the Gulf front private balcony, outfitted with plenty of seating and lounge chairs, ideal for those looking to bask in some Alabama Gulf Coast sun.

Large size and great location but in need of updates and cleaning
The beds are king size in the master and 2 full size in the 2nd bedroom in case it is still not listed in the description.
Positives: Unit was large in size and had a nice big deck and a superb view of the beach. The washer and dryer were new and large size which was really nice. The TVs are updated from the pictures which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Kaiser Realty did notify me of the availability of early check-in on the day we arrived which was really nice.
Negatives: The deadbolt was still broken (see 1st review) when we were there. The back bedroom was right next to the trash chute and the elevators. The bathrooms were not very clean - hair was left and black stuff was growing in the shower grout and fixtures. The mattresses were not very comfortable . Kaiser Realty is on Hwy 59 and you have to go all the way to their office to check in which was inconvenient.
The property is a bit older and a little dated but has a great view. The interior furnishings are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glassware, flatware, a variety of pots/pans/crock pot and utensils. The bed and bathrooms are larger than newer properties and unit has a full size washer/dryer which is nice. Front door deadbolt needs to be repaired/replaced. Front bedroom is noisy from hallway/street/elevator traffic.
