Just a block away from upper King Street, the new epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining with Hominy Grill, Five Loaves Cafe, Two Boroughs Larder, The Ordinary, and The Grocery all located within 3 blocks of the Suite. This wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just minutes away.

If you enjoy the outdoors, the Suite is surrounded by a courtyard with koi ponds, fountains, outdoor seating, and a heated pool

Provided is one free OFF-STREET parking space that is secure.

If you are renting a car we suggest a economy size for parking purposes.

Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee maker, coffee filters, fridge, toaster oven, hairdryer, iron and board, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

2 night minimum stay.

Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together.

Rates are based on time of year and events.

Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.

Convenient location, clean accommodations

We had a great time on our recent trip. It was so convenient to all the restaurants and shops on King Street. We will leave our car parts most of the time and go walking everywhere which we really enjoyed! Everything was clean, the toiletries smelled really good, and we appreciate that the property managers left us some eclipse glasses. Overall a great stay!

Amazing location! Great amenities!

We absolutely loved it here and would highly recommend it! It is walking distance to many great restaurants. A scenic 30 minute walk to the river front in downtown! You do not need a car staying here. There are bikes you can rent right outside the unit per hour or day. The unit is just the right size with the right amenities. We loved the pool, although the mosquitoes attacked like crazy this time of year.

As many reviewers stated it is a little difficult to find. Make sure you read Maybre's email well and if using a GPS, use the correct address. Watching her Youtube video helped tremendously to find the unit. It's a maze back there!

Small suggestions for the owners/caretakers- Place a mat right as you enter the door, we had a rainy weekend and it was so hard not to track water in through the downpour. We ended up having to clean it up with paper towels. Also, it was pretty much impossible without being 8 feet tall to unlock the other side of the front door to get into the unit because the latch was so high. This made is difficult to bring in luggage, so we had to squeak by the doors carefully. Maybe a solution could be used for this? Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend you!

Great Value for a Great Location!

Don't think this location can be beat for what you are paying. Not a big place but for two people who will be out exploring the majority of the day it's perfect. Just a couple of minutes from upper King street and all kinds of bars and shopping. Felt pretty safe getting back to the apartment late at night and great to have off street parking. Only complaint was that the beds were squeaky and you could hear quite a bit through the walls. A few times sounded like someone was coming up our steps but it was neighbors in another suite. But nothing bad enough to keep the location and value from 5 stars!

Cozy Place for Two

My husband and I loved staying here! It had everything we need and more. It was a small, simple space but truly made for a home away from home! Owners were very kind and helpful. Location was great! Right near the food and shopping areas. Many activities within walking distance! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for long weekend stay in Charleston!

Stayed for 3 nights for our daughter CoC graduation. Wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool and garden more. Service, location and cleanliness of the place were 5 star. Some reviews mention having issues with temperature. I texted property manager and got immediate response. Our 1st day there on May 11 was 93 degrees and we were quite comfortable and loved being so close to King St.

Would stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Very disappointing

Great location and clean. The blackout curtains do exist as the responses to comments indicate; however, there are none in the kitchen and the light streams through the whole space as there is no separation to the bedroom. They provided 4 towels for 5 days for 2 people. The wet towels never dried before you needed to use them again. There is a closet but no hangers and no dresser to place your things in so we lived out of a suitcase. The worst part was the temperature control. The reviews said they responded quickly to texts. They basically didn't run the air after the first day . When we asked to have it turned down, the first time they ran one cycle. The last night, they never responded to our text from 4 am to 7:45 am. When we arrived I specifically asked if we could set to a temperature for the night time and was told "no, just text". Clearly, that didn't work. It's an upstairs unit so will always be warmer. If you can't navigate stairs, do not even attempt to rent this space. Booking the unit they were very responsive to questions. Since we've been home I've emailed twice about the issues while there and have had no response.

Car: not necessary

There are multiple walking tours and historic tours located just several blocks away. Many local boutiques and restaurants are easily available and walkable to enjoy during your days. Local farmers markets and festivals occur regularly here in our city at Marion Square conveniently located just 4 blocks away.
