Just a block away from upper King Street, the new epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining with Hominy Grill, Five Loaves Cafe, Two Boroughs Larder, The Ordinary, and The Grocery all located within 3 blocks of the Suite. This wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just minutes away.

If you enjoy the outdoors, the Suite is surrounded by a courtyard with koi ponds, fountains, outdoor seating, and a heated pool

Provided is one free OFF-STREET parking space that is secure.

If you are renting a car we suggest a economy size for parking purposes.

Household items/appliances include microwave, coffee maker, coffee filters, fridge, toaster oven, hairdryer, iron and board, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

2 night minimum stay.

Friday and Saturday nights must be reserved together.

Rates are based on time of year and events.

Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.

Great location, comfortable bed, not very clean

the location is second to none and the hosts were very friendly. however, the apartment is not very clean—heavy dust on the ceiling fans, the floors were dusty and dirty, the drawers in the bathroom had a lot of grime as did the sink, and a stained bath mat. hopefully they put that cleaning fee to use to make the next guests experience perfect.

Very nice location!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway in the summer (July). It was a little hard to find, you blink you will miss the turn, but we found it on the second try around the block. Make sure you have a small vehicle as the lot is very small. It is very conveniently located in Charleston and most things are a short drive away. There a quite a few shops and restaurants around this area within walking distance and we visited a few of them. My absolute favorite is Tapio a Boba Tea Cafe about a block away on Coming Street. It was a very nice place to stay, perfect size as we spent a lot of time exploring the area. We enjoyed the courtyard and pool one night. The door to get in is a little small, but my boyfriend (who is rather a big guy) was able to get in fine. We really enjoyed everything. The temperature was comfortable even despite the temperatures outside reaching almost 100°, we never needed to adjust the thermostat. There was also ceiling fans and a stand alone fan that were sufficient to keep us cool, I get very hot at night and was never bothered. My only complaint about the whole stay was that the bed was rather uncomfortable. I have health problems that affect my muscles and joints and I woke up aching after the first night. But other than that I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location, clean accommodations

We had a great time on our recent trip. It was so convenient to all the restaurants and shops on King Street. We will leave our car parts most of the time and go walking everywhere which we really enjoyed! Everything was clean, the toiletries smelled really good, and we appreciate that the property managers left us some eclipse glasses. Overall a great stay!

Amazing location! Great amenities!

We absolutely loved it here and would highly recommend it! It is walking distance to many great restaurants. A scenic 30 minute walk to the river front in downtown! You do not need a car staying here. There are bikes you can rent right outside the unit per hour or day. The unit is just the right size with the right amenities. We loved the pool, although the mosquitoes attacked like crazy this time of year.

As many reviewers stated it is a little difficult to find. Make sure you read Maybre's email well and if using a GPS, use the correct address. Watching her Youtube video helped tremendously to find the unit. It's a maze back there!

Small suggestions for the owners/caretakers- Place a mat right as you enter the door, we had a rainy weekend and it was so hard not to track water in through the downpour. We ended up having to clean it up with paper towels. Also, it was pretty much impossible without being 8 feet tall to unlock the other side of the front door to get into the unit because the latch was so high. This made is difficult to bring in luggage, so we had to squeak by the doors carefully. Maybe a solution could be used for this? Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend you!

Car: not necessary

There are multiple walking tours and historic tours located just several blocks away. Many local boutiques and restaurants are easily available and walkable to enjoy during your days. Local farmers markets and festivals occur regularly here in our city at Marion Square conveniently located just 4 blocks away.
