Localização, custo-benefício

Ap bem localizado, a uma quadra da estação de metrô, e de uma praça com bastante comércio/restaurante, pontos de ônibus, táxi, etc. Quarto de casal é enorme, cama e colchão excelentes, cozinha bem equipada, atendeu muito bem eu e meu marido nesse mês que ficamos. Proprietária super atenciosa, esperamos poder retornar no próximo carnaval!!!

compacto, funcional, e bem localizado

O espaço atendeu muito bem a minha família (eu, marido, e filha pequena), o quarto principal é enorme, e o segundo quarto é bem pequeno. O ap é pequeno mas bastante funcional, cozinha toda equipada, tem uma área de serviço tb pequena mas com varal, tanque, e máquina de lavar. O melhor do ap eu achei foi a localização, fica a uma quadra da praça saens peña, eu vim a trabalho por 15 dias, só me locomovi de metrô, praticamente nem usei o carro. Comércio farto na praça, as sextas e sábados tem uma feirinha de artesanato, achei o bairro bem tranquilo. A Marcelle foi extremamente gentil e flexível, com certeza voltaremos em outro momento!! Obrigada
