Just okay

The location is pretty, and the

Property is overall nice. But....the uostairs bed has a huge hole in the middle of it and the pillows are flat and hard. The kitchen is very small. We enjoyed the views, and the pools table.

Always and Forever

  • 3 of 5

Disappointed on a number of fronts.

The cabin was managed through Wyndham (not the owners).

Took the Wyndham agents recommendation to stay in Always and Forever; however, I am not sure it was the best choice. Obviously hard to make decision based on pics (site unseen).

Submitted paperwork to Wyndham on 3 occasions. They claimed the first submission

had conflicting credit card / renter information. Corrected it and sent it back in. Was told they would forward combination and additional information regarding our stay. Had not heard from them so WE contacted them only to be told they couldn't find the corrected paperwork. Fortunate for us we copied ourselves on the email! Sent paperwork in a third time and finally received info regarding our stay. After a 10 hour drive we arrived a little early and asked if it would be possible to check in. Stated they needed to check with housekeeping and maintenance and to call back later. Called 1-2 hours later and was put on hold why they called housekeeping and maintenance. Both said we were cleared to enter. My question is why they didn't put us on hold earlier and make that call as opposed to making us call back later?

The location was fantastic.

The view was OK.

The upstairs bed needs a new mattress (obviously in our opinion). No big deal. We slept on the downstairs bed.

The upstairs fireplace didn't work (it is possible we didn't know what we were doing but we were able to get the downstairs fireplace to work).

The upstairs hairdryer didn't work. No big deal. Used the one in the downstairs bathroom.

Cabin is located in a bend; therefore, we saw EVERY headlight on those traveling up the mountain.

Anniversary Celebration

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautiful chalet! Very private and yet close to all the Pigeon Forge activity! We really loved the seclusion the property offered. The chalet was well stocked for all our dinning needs as well as offered the hot tub, pool table, Jacuzzi and best of all the most spectacular view! We will most definitely consider staying here again in the future!
