Good location terrible service

The location was great, they unit was maybe okay, but the administrator was simply extraordinarily bad (see below). We had communicated with the person administrating the unit that we would be taking a working vacation and that the WiFi was essential for us to work. We arrived on the Saturday and were unable to connect to the WiFi (we were given the wrong password), we immediately tried to contact the administrator and got no response until midday on Tuesday, 72 hours later!!! Additionally, we had a bedroom hallway door get blown shut on Sunday night/Monday morning and were trapped in the bedroom as the hallway door lacked a door knob. Again no response from the administrator, luckily we found the number for the front desk and they we able to rescue us by Monday afternoon. Finally, the unit has a strong musty/moldy smell and both of us struggled with respiratory issues related to allergies during our stay.

Me senti enganada, anúncio enganoso

Quando eu entrei no imóvel, a minha vontade era de chorar e não ficar sob a forte sentimento de que tinha sido tristemente enganada e que sido vítima de propaganda enganosa. Fiquei com vergonha de minha família, que me acompanhava., pq criei uma expectativa nela e o cenário era outro . Mas eu já tinha pago tudo e para onde eu iria?Tínhamos compromissos naquela região. Me senti enganada pelo anúncio e Principalmente pelas Fotos, que foram postadas pelo Alugue Temporada, A Foto principal ali postada é uma isca de atração p o aluguel e foi essa foto que me fez alugar aquele espaço. Só qdo cheguei vi que fui vítima de um foto montada! Pq ela sifre um corte e é montadas e não correspondem à terrível realidade. Eu estava procurando um apartamento mais ou menos com o espaço que aquele tinha , mas eu queria um apartamento em frente ao mar. A foto principal desse anúncio foi uma isca para eu alugar . Quando entrei, fiquei apavorada de ver que tinha sido vítima de uma montagem de foto. Vi que entre a linda vista de mar e a proximidade do mesmo , que é apresentada no anúncio, MAS entre o a vista de mar e as as janelas da sala , havia um espaço intenso do mar , nas o pior: havia prédio sujo , escuro , inacabado na construção, com aparência de abandonado que dava pavor de olhar . Eu tenho Fotos que provam tudo isso que escrevo , e se eu tiver um espaço nesse lugar eu vou postar para provar o que passamos e vimos , eu gostaria de fazer., qdo chegamos. Uma mistura de revolta e o sentimento de ter sido enganada. . Limpeza mal feita ( tenho Fotos do antes e depois pq eu precisei limpar para entrar, principalmente no que se consiste grave para Saúde respiratória e íntima ( como vasos sanitários mal limpos) Eu tenho mais de 50 Fotos , que tirei para minha própria defesa , e para proteção de que outros não passassem a sofrer o que passamos, principalmente da “ vista” que te vende uma imagem errada . Infelizmente, precisamos de maus 2 duas para terminar nosso trabalho ali, E achei errado a negociação de um preço injusto, de permanência que a proprietária me pediu por esses 2 dias... caríssimo, inclusive colocando como responsável dessa taxas altas ao Alugue Temporada. Tenho WhatsApp dessa negociação. Por fim. , decidimos não ficar , ela pediu outro valor absurdo por nova limpeza que teria que pagar e eu não paguei achei preço abusivo , e fotografei como deixamos o apartamento arrumadíssimo é, limpíssimo muito mais limpo do que encontramos

Terrible!

The vanity cold water tap did not work! You either had a cold shower or were burnt from hot water - no regulation of the showers temperature & water; the hot water tap in the kitchen sink did not work; the balcony balustrade was corroded and unsafe; the balcony doors did not lock - a security issue; the overall cleanliness of the apartment was average; everything very dated. The front doormen/security spoke no english making it very hard to check in & receive the keys. The owner did not answer on WhatsApp & only answered if the doorman rang on personal phone.
