Beautiful Lake Park within Walking Distance and Views of Mountains and Skyline!

3 Gorgeous Bedrooms with Hotel Sheets you will Melt Into. This home will sleep at least 6 and allowance for two additional with pullout queen sofa.

Beautiful Kitchen with 4 Burner Gas Cooktop and Oven and all of the Amenities you need with Dining Room Attached.

No Convenience is Spared to Make Your Stay Comfortable and Relaxing.

We are 100% cannabis friendly, but do ask that all smoking takes place outside the home on the large patio.

Bus stop located at corner of property will take you anywhere in Denver and is a 5 minute ride to the Light Rail.

Information book will detail Restaurants, Denver Hot Spots, Maps of the City, How to work In-home Electronics, Wireless Internet Accessibility and More.

Guest have access to entire home, patio, yard and hot tub.

I live in separate lower apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy on the entire main level...When I am in town, I can be called upon to answer questions, give recommendations etc.

A gorgeous house with an welcoming host....

This house was wonderful! The patio was lovely and a great area to entertain. There was a hot tub and calming lights hung above that gave off this relaxing ambience. It was a girls ski trip with four girls. There was more than enough room and Jeffrey was very accommodating....I hope we weren't to loud and disturbed him! Also there's an absolutely beautiful view of the downtown Denver skyline that's so bright and intoxicating at night.

I appreciate your concern about noise inside the house, but as my office is separated and sound proof...I could not hear a thing! I am so glad you enjoyed that great view and hot tub from the back patio and that you had a blast in Denver! Please come back anytime!

The property was just as advertised. The owner is very nice and accommodating to all of our needs. Going as far as going out of his way to let us check in early since no one was staying at the property the night before. The house was perfect for our needs and had a great outside patio to hang out on. The location of the property is also perfect. It is near a lot of nice restaurants, mile high stadium and under an hour to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Yes, the owner does have a place downstairs but honestly we did not even know when he was there and when he was not there unless he texted us to make sure we did not need anything. If you plan on visiting Denver I highly recommend staying at this property.

Lovely cottage-style home in Western Denver

The home was a great "home base" for our group. Though we were seldom there in the daytime, it was cozy, cool and well decorated. The kitchen was a perfect hub for breakfast prep and end of the day cocktails. Jeffrey was a responsive and polite host. He was not in our way or evidently present at all. We felt like we had the entire property to ourselves.

Perfect for our family vacation!

The backyard was great for spending time outside, lots of seating and shade! The beds, linens, and pillows were SO comfortable. A larger frying pan and a few more knives would be nice, but we had everything we needed to cook and BBQ. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and responsive.
