**PLEASE NOTE: We typically have a 7-nigh minimum July 1 - September 5th.** Newer four bedroom farm house perfect for a summer getaway. A totally stocked stainless steel gourmet kitchen, two-car garage, a beautiful in-ground salt water gunite pool, huge back yard, fire pit. This property is located on a quiet acre with a semi-private driveway, situated off a side road within walking distance to a park, playground, and stores. The house is located close to the center of town and is a short walk or bike ride to Fresh Pond and Wades Beach. Enjoy beautiful island summer days and nights on any of three porches: on the porch swing and Adirondack chairs on the front porch, dining with your family in the screened in side porch, or checking out the views on the second floor deck directly off of the master bedroom. The house is perfect for entertaining, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite is a highlight of the property. It is stunning! Basic amenities include landscaping, weekly pool cleaning, housekeeping service, cable TV in all four bedrooms, wireless internet, and pool and patio furniture.

That house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything needed for our stay! TJ was great to work with and very accommodating! He made sure to check in with us on our first day to see if we needed anything and to let us know we could call him at any time with questions! I would definitely recommend this home. The grounds we beautiful and very clean. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home!

Over all we loved this house and enjoyed our stay

Mr. Parks was a pleasure to deal with!!!!!! He replied to all my emails and was very helpful. The house was beautiful and clean!!! Yard was amazing with lots to enjoy (pool, fire pits-2, table, chairs, lounge chairs, grill). We enjoyed the swing on the front porch. Only suggestion would be to get blinds for the windows. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Weekend Retreat in a Quiet Neighborhood

We shared this lovely house with another couple, as we had a destination wedding to attend on the Island. The property is well maintained and decorated beautifully throughout. T J was very responsive with messages and provided clear directions upon our day of arrival.

We spent the majority of our down time enjoying and savoring the remains of Summer in the backyard. The swimming pool was gorgeous and we were able to do plenty of laps. We dined on the back deck for both of our breakfasts.

We were also able to bring our two dogs with us and appreciated the property being surrounded by a tall deer fence, so that we didn't worry about deer ticks so much. For those not aware, the Island has a huge deer population, which we like from afar. We saw Turkeys and lots of Rabbits from the Quiet Location as well.

There is a Fire Pit that we prepped, so that we could enjoy after the wedding; but we were all too tired to light.

We appreciated that the description was exactly as described, as we travel extensively and have been disappointed in the past.

We recommend this high end home and thank them for sharing it with others.

We enjoyed that we were off the busy streets and away from Ferry traffic, we only had lunch at Sunset Beach Grill, which was a nice location but way over priced and small servings.
