About Tracey

I found this property and fell in love with it the minute I pulled up. We have two separate houses that sit on 4 acres, placed in between streams on both sides of the cottages. It is a very special place and I am lucky to be able to share it with people!

Tracey purchased this house in 2009

Why Tracey chose Delaware River Valley

The neighbors also say the original home was built by the famous local writer Zane Grey for his mistress. Just a couple miles from his wife and main house on the Delaware River, he could ride up by horseback and visit her anytime he wanted. He was known for having many mistresses. I still haven't confirmed this information but many of the locals have told me this same story behind the Three Bridges Property. If anyone find out more info for me, please let me know!

The time we spent at the house was great and with the ski lodge bar and grill not far made it even better.

Perfect Getaway

  • 5 of 5

In February my family and I visited the Masthope Mountain area to Ski Big Bear. We did an extensive online search for lodging that would accommodate my family of 5 and two additional families of 4. The average age of all of our children was 5 years old. During our review of rental properties we came across Three Bridges. I had reviewed the online pictures and was very impressed by the main house and the cottage. The price was quite reasonable so we booked it.

Upon arrival, we were shocked by how beautiful the property and location really was. Opening the car door we could all hear the soothing sounds of the multiple streams that run through the property. The inside of house was clean, spacious and the decor was very warm and cozy. The main house is fully equipped with all the amenities that anyone would need while they are away from home. An abundance of firewood was neatly stacked and ready for use in the beautiful hearth! The adults and children loved the fireplace room that is also equipped with wrap around couches and a cable TV with DVD player. It is an ideal room for appetizers/ snacks, hot coco and wine while enjoying the fireplace. The back room, that has many windows and beautiful skylights that provide natural light, looks onto the streams and woods that are part of this property. It is the perfect place for an adult beverage or for children to hang out and play.

A total of 4 adults and 5 children stayed in the main house and the additional family of 4 stayed in the cottage that is right now next to the main house. Bedrooms were large enough to accommodate everyone. We cooked breakfast and dinner all 3 days. There was no shortage in cookware, chinaware and utensils. All of us were able to sit at the dining room table comfortably and enjoyed our wonderful meals while overlooking the beautiful property.

The cottage is fully equipped for any family and a perfect stand alone option if you need more space for family and friends to use while staying on the property.

Three Bridges was located less than 2 miles from Ski Big Bear. We all took full advantage of the house but also enjoyed the mountain and lodge area. It was our children's first time skiing. Ski Big Bear is perfect for beginners or more advanced skiers.

My family and I have already discussed staying at Three Bridges during the late spring and summer months. The property was beautiful during the winter and we can only imagine what it would be like exploring it in t

Round 2 just as good!

  • 5 of 5

We came back to this home for a second time and were not disappointed. Whether we were cooking dinner or relaxing by the fire, this home has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Tracey provides a generous home that is well appointed. Always love visiting and will have to plan trip #3 for the spring.

Girls weekend getaway!

  • 5 of 5

This is my second time visiting the three bridges main house. I went before with my husband for a couples retreat. This time with a few of my girlfriends for a weekend getaway. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The modern rustic charm, the scenery, the fully stocked kitchen. All of my friends fell in love with this place, just like I had the first time I visited. This will always be my only option when looking for a cabin. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed two nights in this gracious, comfortable home. The kitchen was fully stocked and excellent for a weekend getaway. Loved curling up on the oversized couch and watching the fire. Hate to rate this so highly because we don't want to share this gem with others!!!
