Imagine relaxing by the pool at this fabulous waterfront home with your friends or extended family. Our five bedroom home boasts 4250 sq ft under air plus an expansive screened lanai with private spa and 40 foot long, sparkling blue, heated pool. Notice the new 25ft wide "picture window" screen panels.

The dock wraps nearly all the way around 165 ft of unobstructed waterfront, so there is ample space to moor a boat or two. The large dock is perfect for sunbathing, fishing, or just hanging out by the water.

Kingston is tastefully decorated in a casual, comfortable style. The fully equipped modern kitchen is at the center of the open plan design. Off the kitchen is a comfortable sitting area, round kitchen table and spacious living room with walls of windows that open for impressive wide water views.

Twelve-foot high ceilings with intricate detailing add to the overall elegance of this special home. The living room was transformed after the hurricane with the addition of a 75 inch TV and 74 inch linear fireplace on the new accent wall.

Notice that all carpet has been removed and replaced on the main floor with large ceramic tile and on the stairs and second floor with wood planks.

A formal dining room and updated office flank the beautiful etched glass entry doors.

French doors lead to the exquisite first floor master suite. The master bath includes two vanities, a spa tub, walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, a linen closet, and a separate water closet.

The master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, media cabinet with 42” TV, and casual seating area has great water views and access to the lanai.

The other first floor bedroom suite features a queen size bed, walk-in closet, private bath, and nice water view.

A separate pool bath eliminates the worry of tracking wet suits through the house. It’s perfect as a changing room and is across the hall from the large laundry room.

Now travel upstairs to the second floor master suite, family media and exercise room, three additional bedrooms, and outdoor, screened balcony.

The first guest room features a king bed, nice view, and access to the balcony. It shares a full bath with the twin bedroom across the hall.

The family room has a 52 inch TV, sectional seating, new kitchenette and access to the balcony.

Beyond the family room is the second floor master suite with king bed, shower, walk-in closet and glass door to the shared balcony.

A Great Escape

We stayed here on a girl's trip and were not disappointed. The house had ample space for us to spread out and have our own spaces, and the main living area was open and inviting and provided a place for us to gather for meals and to hang out together. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Just off the living area was the pool where we enjoyed relaxing together. The pool area had plenty of seating and was very clean. The house is centrally located, so we had no trouble getting to any of the excursions we took. The owner Lynn was very helpful whenever we needed her and answered any questions that we had. In fact, we were most amused by the Marco Island travel magazine in the house where Lynn had thoroughly gone through it and marked in it making suggestions and giving advice. We heeded some of that advice and were thankful for it. All in all, we enjoyed the house, would recommend it, and would definitely return!

Amazing views and spacious

Our family stayed for 5 days, we have been to Marco Island before. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach. The place is way bigger than what we needed but we chose it for its views. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful Marco Island Home

We had a party of 10 and stayed for one week in March. The home is beautiful and large enough we could easily spread out and not feel cramped. We enjoyed swimming in the pool during the day and the hot tub in the evening. We used the dock to launch kayaks, and were able to spot manatees and dolphins in the canals and the bay. There is a nice gas grill on the patio which we used a few times. The property is only about 5-10 minutes to many restaurants and the grocery stores. Lynn was very easy to work with and promptly answered all of my questions. I highly recommend the property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Trip!

The house was a great getaway location for the family. The pool and spa was enjoyable while sitting on the dock to catch some sun was even better! Marco Island is a great place to be. Lots of beaches and great places to eat! We went to the farmers market for some great produce and seafood! We also rented scooters for two days to tour around the island. The house has everything you can imagine and more! We especially liked the surround sound stereo throughout the entire home and pool!
