Set back 200 feet from the Boulevard on a private road, this recently-renovated bright and airy Waterfront home combines spectacular panoramic views of Peconic Bay.

Premier Summer Entertaining With Bright Open Floor Plan Throughout Leading Outside To Wrap Around Deck, Triple Bulkhead, a private beach area, Brand New Weber Gas Grill And Many More Amenities. Perfect For Escaping To The Pristine North Fork/The Hamptons Alternative!

The first floor features a dining area with table space for 10, a living room with fireplace and flat panel TV with surround sound, a Kitchen with a dinette area, and a master suite with its own bathroom, and walk-in closet. Combine the 9 ft ceiling and wall to wall windows, and you have Breathtaking views of Great Peconic Bay.

On the second floor there is a open sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms share the second full bath. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. The other has a full size bed. A third bedroom can be either configured as two twin beds or a king size bed. These bedrooms overlook the bay.

There is a basement with a Dry-Sauna for 4 people, a air-hockey table, and a

washer and dryer. A separate two car garage provides a nice buffer between the home and the boulevard.

We have a Kayak, a blow-up Island for 6 adults, beach chairs, outdoor shower (hot/cold water), clam rake, etc. for your enjoyment of the bay as well as a Weber BBQ, an outside table that sits 10, 2 bicycles and 3 tennis rackets and balls for you to enjoy.

My family has been coming out to the Laurel/Mattituck area since 1972. We love the relaxing peace that the area draws you into especially in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the New York metro area. Having a home on the water increases the experience.

Exceptional Experience

Rented this house for our daughters wedding in September at Raphael vineyard. Owner and his wife couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! They even had the gardner change the scheduled lawn day and watering schedule so as not to interfere with the wedding day pictures, which were awesome with the bay in the background. They contributed a hugh part to making the wedding an epic event and the setting was positively idyllic. I would give a 10 star rating if I could.

Beautiful home and a gorgeous setting. Loved sitting out on the deck and on the sand just steps away. Great time with the kayak. And thanks for the bottle of wine - made our first evening a delight.

Listing is spot on. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. This is a gorgeous home with every amenity you can think of. Great size kitchen . Great views all around house. My family and I had a wonderful time. The host is great and accomadating and only a phone call away.
