This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property has recently been refurbished and upgraded with leather furniture 42' flat screen TV - all new bedding and accessories.

The villa is positioned with a water view from pool area. Situated in a quite cul-de-sac in Windsor Park at Remington golfing community with it's championship golf course. Boasting 2 master en-suites and 2 further great sized bedrooms conveniently divided with Jack and Jill bathroom. Large eat-in kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fidge-freezer, microwave and cooker Family room with 9 ft glass sliding doors to the lanai (offering a shaded area if needed from the Florida Sun) & pool/deck area. Situated in a quite no through road in Windsor Park this property has everything that makes a family's dream Florida Vacation Villa.

We felt as if this home was actually our own! Best 10 days with my family!

This condo offers a family all the comforts of home and plenty of room for a family of 5 adults to have private time in their own personal bedrooms. So much peace and quite with the lake and private pool. The biggest plus was the confection oven which made my Italian Mother feel relaxed. She baked a sampling of Christmas cookies and several special gourmet dinners for us This was one of the best times away with our 20 something children for Thanksgiving. We will be back to stay here as this condo is only 4 minutes away from our family in St Cloud. Having our own space made this trip one we will look back on as unforgettable! Thank you VRBO and Ms. Herbert for allowing us to stay.

The neighborhood was lovely. When my family and I felt comfortable and at home.

Just what we needed

We really enjoyed ourselves while staying at this home. We did have to purchase things such as toilet paper, dish soap, and garbage bags during our 4 night stay, so it was nice to be so close to a Publix supermarket. The property seemed clean and well maintained. On the last day when we had some questions regarding what we were to do with the garbage (there were some discrepancies with the information on that within the home, and we wanted to make sure that we weren't charged any additional money), one of the numbers given to us to call was actually the number to the house, which obviously wasn't helpful. We were able to get a hold of someone (though it wasn't the same person whose name we had been given) who told us what we should do.

We enjoyed using the pool, though felt that it was strange that the company that comes to clean the pool showed up and started cleaning it while we were still there (before the designated check out time). It was a little alarming to be packing our things up with the blinds open and having random people sudden in the screen enclosure with no warning. It should also be noted that to get into the subdivision, you have to pass through a security station where there is a person who records the house you are going to and some took down our license plate info. This is totally fine, but at times (mostly during the evening) the line was extremely long and took quite a bit of time to get through. It was really nice to have a code for the door as opposed to needing a key (one less thing to keep track of). All in all, this home met our needs, and not only would we stay again if the need to be in that area arose, but we would recommend it to others as well.

I'll never stay at a hotel again.

We had a great time in this vacation rental. I recommend to anyone. The only downside to this stay was dealing with the property manager, who was very rude when we were having a bbq for our sons birthday and there were FOUR cars parked streetside, and outside playing in the backyard. He came and took pictures of all the cars and people/our kids, and ran away. When I called him he was very rude to me. It would be nicer to deal with the actual owner, but we had a GREAT stay.

I am the owner of the property but unfortunately live in the UK so I rely heavily on Elaine and Stuart to ensure my property is taken care of in every way. They run a very tight ship and have to adhere to strict association rules so that all my guests can continue to have an enjoyable stay. They would have needed to take photos in case the cars and inflateable castle contravened any regulations. Great property in a quiet neighborhood away from the theist areas but close enough to get to all the attractions in a reasonable amount of time. We would love to stay again.
