This is my number one choice when I am in the LA area it is close to the airport, shopping and beaches. The owner makes sure each and every unit feels like home.

We loved it!!!

We had a great stay!!! The apartment is in a really great, quiet and safe location. The bed and sofa were both very comfortable. It's a great central location to Long Beach, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Hollywood! We used Lyft while we were there to get around and it was super inexpensive and our drivers never had trouble finding us for pick up. We would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting Los Angeles!!!! Thanks for the great experience!

You can find a better place for this price - in need of maintenance but clean

The owner/manager was responsive, but did not make you feel welcome because they are telling you all the charges you may obtain if you lose a key, or stay past noon, or do not send a picture of yourself holding your photo id before 4:00 on check-in day.

The apartment needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom has not been updated and has black areas where caulking has worn out. The bathroom mirrors have black spots on the bottom. The bathroom floor was old, warped, and tarnished. The apartment was clean except in the bathroom that needed maintenance. The small AC unit in the bedroom does not keep the rest of the apartment cool.

This is a good apartment at 30% less of a nightly rate. The neighborhood is OK at best. It was safe.

It is an older apartment and the owners have done some upgrade like the flooring and kitchen countertops, but much more upgrades are needed to bring the apartment up to date.

We always accommodate prior requests of early check in or later check out for free, depending on availability of course! We are following HomeAway and credit card companies fraud prevention guidelines when require our guests to send requested pictures. We ask for the pictures upon confirmation of booking, not the day of check in. If guests read the communication emails and follow simple instructions it's quiet an easy check in/check out process. As you can read from many reviews, we've had nothing but gratitude from guests exactly for that reason and them knowing we protect their identity. We are in the process of upgrading the unit and certainly are doing our best. We sure are to look into and address issues you mentioned. We are dedicated to keel each unit clean and at its best! AC was not properly used by you unfortunately. You have only turned on a fan, forgetting to set the actual cool mode. It would've been better if you reached out to us and voiced your concerns. We never heard from you during your stay. Otherwise, we would guide you how to properly use AC. We always encourage our guests to reach out with any issues as there really aren't any problems we can't fix! Thank you for staying with us!
