You are close to everything Los Angeles has to offer! I guarantee you won't find a better property at this price!

What makes this apartment unique

I love the open design of the living room, the fire place, close proximity to most beautiful beaches and at the same time close drive to the heart of LA. Lots of great restaurants minutes away!

Good location, ok neighborhood

Good location, nice size, clean. Needs better A/C does not cool whole place even with floor fan. Sofa bed in living room was very uncomfortable. Nice off street parking. Biggest pet peeve, had to leave keys in lockbox for termite inspection- if you have to do routine maintence do it on your time not mine, don't want to be bothered using lockbox in dark and leaving property out when others are in unit I'm renting.

Awesome as always! Clean and great location

This was my second stay with Inna. Same property, different unit. Well kept and great location. Bed might need a little WD 40 but for me a minor issue. Free secured parking, quiet neighborhood, and Inna is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price you really can't beat it. Very likely to check with Inna first everytime I visit LA.

Great stay in Culver City

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was clean and very well-equipped with everything we might have needed and quite comfortable - exactly as described and perfect for two people. Good location in a residential neighborhood. Gated parking garage was a plus. We felt very safe there. We arrived late in the evening and check-in information for keys, etc. was clear and easy to understand (except the part about the garage remote being "inside" - it might have said "inside the apartment" - I thought it meant inside the lockbox!). The only odd thing was the "crunchy" floor that made a weird sound when you walked on it, a very minor thing that we got used to quickly! Also, the Homeaway listing mentioned an elevator, but there is none - it's a walk-up so if you have any mobility issues, be aware that there are stairs involved (all units are on the 2nd floor). We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

A decent place to stay for the price.

This condo is centrally located to the beach and various tourist attractions in LA. It is also close to the airport. A big plus on departure day. That being said, because of the LA traffic you can expect at least a half hour trip to any destination. The building is secure and the washers and dryers are in a clean, locked room. While the landlord has given the condo a nice look this is obviously an older building that needs some care. The shower and bathroom sink drain slowly and the wall AC unit barely keeps the entire condo cool with the help of a floor fan.

Owner's Response: Dear tenant, Thank you for your review. As stated in our in instructions, it is important to contact me with any issues. Slow drain can be easily fixed by plumber as its normal occurrence of drain is clogged. Our plumbing is up to date. 30 min for LA is not a long trip:) location is conveniently near 405 freeway that gets you anywhere you need in LA. AC unit cools the whole unit nicely if you set it properly on correct temperature. We also have fans that circulate the cold air around the whole unit.
