2 Br, 1 Loft, 1 Ba, With Fabulous Outdoor Shower, Directly on Green Hill Pond

Enjoy sparkling and spectacular views of the water from almost everywhere in this comfortable pleasant house. The two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are all located on the main floor. Upstairs is a spacious loft with two queen size beds and plenty of additional floor space. The home is located on a quiet street which is a one-mile walk or bike ride to the Atlantic Ocean. It's a delightful place to vacation in the summers, but don't count it out for spring, fall, or winter peaceful getaways.

Phenomenal Fall Work-ation!

Who knew that autumn in Green Hill could be so sunny, mild, and sometimes even summer-like? We worked remotely on our computers while looking out at the fabulous view of the pond, and we also walked, ran, and biked to the beach before and after our "workdays." This place is more than a summer place!

Great pond views.

This is a great little house right on the pond. Very close to the beach. Chris was very easy to get in touch with for any questions we had. The loft sleeping area is the best in the house. Nice and quiet location. Only drawback is the access to the pond could be a little better. Will be considering this for future vacations.

Tranquility and Beauty

Our family loved the location, access to kayaks, and indoor/outdoor options for chilling out. Loved the sound of the ocean coming from over the dunes and salt smell. I give this property 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons: first, the cleaning charge is $200-. This is excessive!!! second, there was some sort of infestation of bugs in one of the downstairs bedrooms, up in the corner by the ceiling. Had to move to a different room that night.

Owner's Response: I wish you had let me know about the bugs--which are, unfortunately, a reality of summer life in a rural area with screen doors opening and closing--because I would have come immediately and taken care of them. My cleaning crew has since looked and swept and removed them and there is no infestation. I am sorry that you felt that the cleaning charge was excessive, but in the summer season when I need to turn a house around and deliver it in spotless condition to the next renters in a window of only 5 hours, I employ 3 effective and reliable cleaners.

Wonderful Location!

Unlike most properties, this home is nicer than it appear in the already impressive photos. The home is very clean, well maintained and Chris, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive. Wonderful location to enjoy Rhode Island's southern coast being located about half way between Narragansett and Watch Hill. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful house great view and sunsets

The owner of the house was there to greet us and give us a tour when we arrived. Wonderful lady and very welcoming. The house is very comfortable and well kept. The back deck is the place to be for evening cocktails and great sunsets. Used the outdoor shower every day. We had several day visitors and they were all very impressed. Can't wait to come back next year!

4 days at this cottage is like 2 weeks anywhere else. The pictures di not do it justice. Clean, cozy and well appointed. Chris is a warm host and saw to all of our needs. We will definitely be back for more sunsets on the deck!
