True ocean front condo on the ground floor with a spectacular view. This newly refurbished condo is spacious and designed with the traditional island tropics in mind.
Located on Alii Drive, our true oceanfront condominium looks out to the sea where you can watch passing whales and dolphins from the lanai.
Unit 3119 is a corner unit right on the ocean with an extra window instead of an extra neighbor. This unit has all new furnishings, and a new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Both bathrooms have been totally renovated with granite counter tops. The Sea Village has wireless internet available to all users at no additional charge. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a convenient sofa bed in the living room.
The complex has an oceanfront swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. There are also spacious rolling lawns with picnic tables and gas BBQ. There is a tennis court for everyone's use. The Green Flash Coffee shop is right out front of the complex serving world famous Kona coffee, breakfast, and ice cream!
From this spectacular condo you can walk to beaches and the historic Kailua-Kona village town about 1 mile away with it's great luau's, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants and pubs, dancing, water sports, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing. Plus there are many fabulous golf courses in and around the Kona area.
Both Renee and I are native Californians currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Renee owns a senior care business and I'm a real estate broker. We have 2 grown children (a son and daughter) and are reaching a point in our lives where we hope to have more time to travel.
Most of our last vacations have been spent in VRBO lodgings with great results. We are both looking forward to sharing our Sea Village Paradise with you.

We stayed at the Sea Village on our honeymoon over 30 years ago. We love Kona, and have been coming back as often as we can. The beauty, charm and diversity of the Big Island never gets old. We were on vacation here in January and we fell in love with this condo when we saw it! The opportunity was just too good to pass up.
The complex is great, the location is super and the unit is really wonderful. The fact that it already was in VRBO (with great reviews) was just icing on the cake.
The unit is on the ground floor .. no stairs!
Quiet end unit (windows rather than another party wall). The complex is very safe.
Great little pad 30 feet from the ocean that had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxed 10 day stay 👍 You know your in Paradise when watching Sunday NFL football in the living room and you are being distracted by spinner dolphins and whales doing Sea World tricks right in front of your Lanai 🐬🐋 👍 I would stay here again in a heartbeat and the only upgrade I would make would be a king size bed in the master bedroom , however the Queen was comfy !
Great location, lovely view (dolphins frolicking by in the mornings), clean, homey and welcoming. Enjoyed the Green Flash cafe which inspired a trip to The Buddha's Cup Coffee Farm. A bit warm so we got another fan. The trade off of AC or Ocean breezes. There was a problem with a bathroom drain that Ron and Renee responded to quickly. Very kind and accommodating. We will definitely try and stay here again.
My family stayed in the condo for 10 days. It was so great to have the space for all five of us and the location was fantastic. The condo is well-stocked and comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to return after a day out exploring and relax in the pool and grill dinner while watching the glorious sunsets. We met some great people out at the bbqs, as well. I had read other reviews stating that it can be noisy since it is right by the parking lot and you really need the windows open to keep the temperature comfortable. With that in mind, I brought earplugs and that helped a lot! It was also wonderful to have the washer and dryer. We had an amazing vacation. One we will never forget. Thank you so much for allowing us use of your condo!
We really enjoyed staying in this ground floor condo with a beautiful view of the Ocean. It was clean and had an adequate kitchen for our cooking needs. We enjoyed having our tea and coffee on the lani each morning as it was quiet and private. The only complaints we had were the pillows, as we have neck and back issues and they were pretty flat. Nice towels in the bathrooms but wish there would of been more wash cloths. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms but would of been nice to have one more floor fan. On the whole we would recommend this property to anyone staying in Kona as It has a good location, beautiful grounds, and pool. Their are restaurants and things to do close by. We had a plumbing issues and it was fixed within hours and the owner contacted us by phone. We really enjoyed our time there!!!
Great place. It could get a little hot in the summer with no A/C, but otherwise it's just as advertised.
We stayed at Sea Village on the Kona side of the big island. It is very conveniently located, a 25 minute easy walk in to town and a five minute drive. It is also located just 10 minutes from a great snorkeling beach if you don't want to figure out how to get to Captain Cook cove. We didn't use the pool but the hot tub was very nice. The unit has everything to cook and hang out - the lanai is lovely and we saw dolphins one morning. It isn't fancy like the resorts but everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable family visit. It was stocked with water shoes, snorkeling and beach things which made it super handy to save money and not to have to go to the rental places. The owners are very nice and very responsive. We had one minor mix-up and they were super quick at taking care of it and getting everything straightened out.
1 mile south of down town Kailua, Farmer's Market, Bubba Gump's; 2 miles north of White Sands Beach; 3 miles north of Kahaluu Beach Park (also called Turtle beach and Snorkel beach); 1/2 mile from Honl's beach park
