Pleasant stay

Overall we enjoyed staying at this unit. Few points to raise is that the unit faces the yard which can get somewhat loud with all sort of noise especially at night which actually woke us up on a few occasions. Also the unit provides you with a list of how your security deposit can get lost for reasons that do not seem security related. For example if you leave dirty dishes, if you don’t empty the dish washer, if light is left on, $100 for every extra hour you stay in the unit after checkout and if trash is not disposed, etc. I think this needs to be made available for folks to review prior to their reservation so one is aware. We have booked properties in multiple states and we never had such a long list to fulfill.

Comfortable but too many issues to return

Pros:

Located in the village.

Underground parking.

Enough space for 3 adults and a baby.

Large bathrooms.

Full kitchen.

Over all pretty clean unit.

Megan Herbst- professional, easy to speak with, knowledge.

Cons:

Hot. Not enough air flow in the summer.

Dull knifes in the kitchen. Unable to prepare food.

Dirty dishes in the cupboard.

No potholders. Burnt my hand trying to remove food from the oven using the kitchen towel.

Housekeeping storming in a day before departure and then not apologizing when she realized she had the wrong unit.

The business below the unit decide to do construction the entire time we were there. It would go on for at least an hour or so. Our favorite was the day they decided to start at 6:30am.

Overall we'd decided this is not the place for us. We'll stick with the Westin just a few steps away.

Owner's Response: I wish this guest had called us. The end of August is the waning part of the season, and housewares and other products which stock kitchens do tend to wear out or disappear as the season goes on. These items are always restocked and replaced in the fall before the new ski season. Had this guest called us, and informed us that the knives were dull or pot holders were missing we would’ve immediately delivered new ones to the unit. (And since have). There is no reason for any of our guests to feel like they can’t have full use of the space, or the support they need. Just give us a call. A little unfortunate timing: the retail space below this unit had just changed hands at the time, and was being built out by the new occupants. That work has since been completed. No further construction is ongoing, as far as we know. Regarding housekeeping entering the wrong unit, the guest never reported anything to us so we can’t comment on that except to say that our systems don’t send our staff the wrong unit, so I have no idea what went on there. I’m sure it was an unfortunate fluke.

Excellent stay!

Great last minute getaway with the view overlooking the pool area. Location was perfect near the gondola and shuttles. Clean and well maintained. We plan on coming back next year.

Very nice, excellent location!

Perfect two bedroom condo for our group of four. Convenient location in the Village, but this condo is on the inside away from the street and shops, so less noise from the shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, nice down comforter. Thank you!
