Why Jennifer Richter chose East Boulder
The location is unbeatable and it was recently remodeled.
What makes this Condo unique
Because of this property's central location, you will have access to almost every outdoor activity imaginable to Colorado within close proximity. The property itself is located right on Boulder's bike path as well. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. For those parents wanting to visit their children during football season and graduation, this is the perfect rental because it is only a 10 minute walk to campus/2 minute drive. This property is also conveniently located close to Foothills Parkway which also makes it much easier to get out of down to Denver or the mountains if you'll be traveling elsewhere.

would return in a heart beat - easy location to access downtown boulder but also to get south to Eldorado Springs and North to Boulder Res. Quiet Neighborhood. Check in was gloriously easy and the place was a perfect size for us. The front porch was a perfect place to sit and have coffee in the morning :). Highly recommend.
We loved our week in this condo. Quiet neighborhood close to the CU campus.
We had a great time staying at this cute Condo! It was in the perfect location. The Condo was clean and it was so nice having a washer/dryer too. Boulder was beautiful.
Can’t wait to come back! Will definitely stay here again!!
This property was as advertised. It was clean and well-maintained. Does not have a view of the mountains from the property itself but immediately outside the property is a nice view. It is convenient to the University and the grocery store as well as restaurants. The owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating.
I gave 4 rather than 5 stars only because of the outdoor stair climbing for entry. I am unfamiliar with Boulder - we came to visit our son who moved there this year. At first I was concerned we might be in the middle of student housing - arriving at early evening, the large, fairly old group of condos seemed dated and some looked a little seedy from the outside. Once we got settled inside, we realized it was a different story. Though obviously not new, the condo was very very clean and spacious. The longer we stayed, the more we appreciated the setting, with walking trails onsite and biking trails adjacent. It was not a rowdy area after all, but a family friendly neighborhood. The apartment was so clean and well stocked, we thought we could possibly be the first to stay there since it’s remodel. The bathroom was old but clean - even the older tub was in good shape for bathing without worry (I have stayed in many hotels where that was not the case.). My husband Is a little old and out of shape for the stair climbing with luggage, but the exercise was probably good for us. I also appreciated the easy instructions for checking in and out. The location was wonderful for getting to places in town. I would certainly stay there again.
Thank you Cindy for this review. Our neighborhood is mostly owner occupied and single families, with some graduate students. Yes very quiet and beautiful setting. We absolutely love this property and am glad you did too. Thank you for the compliments.
Great, Clean Place!
Very clean, spacious 2BR condo with nice kitchen amenities and living room space for families. Beautiful view of the flatirons from outside and quiet, serene location. Would stay again.
Thank you for this review. We love this condo and neighborhood for family rentals. We are glad you enjoyed your trip!
Our condo is located within a 2 minute drive to Colorado University's campus and about 7 minutes to Pearl Street Mall in downtown boulder. Chataqua Park is only a 5 minute drive from the condo and it is also positioned right on Boulder's bike path that can take you all over the city.
