Great place, great location

I stayed here with my sister for a conference and a much needed sister trip. The apartment was perfect-- cozy, clean, spacious, all the needed amenities. The location was also perfect-- close enough to the conference center to walk/take a quick Uber, but also far enough to escape at the end of the day. Definitely recommend to conference-goers in Denver who want more space than a downtown hotel.

I stayed here with my sister, combining a conference with a much-needed sister trip! The apartment was perfect--comfy, clean, and spacious. The location was perfect-- close enough to the conference center to walk or take a quick Uber, but far enough to escape the conference scene at the end of the day and still be within the downtown Denver scene! Great spot!

Great Alternative to Trade Show Hotels

We stayed at this property in place of a hotel during a recent convention that we attended in Denver. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations that this unit provided. It was extremely clean and the check in and check out went very smoothly. Definitely worth a serious look if coming to Denver for a multiple day stay.

Rented for Great American Beer Festival. Parking a great option. Location works even if no vehicle, close to great beer destinations and lively restaurants. Well prepped for a good shopping run for breakfasts & late nite chow. Close to light rail.

Beautiful and safe building, far better experience than a hotel

8 blocks from the Convention Center and only 3 blocks to the free 16th St Mall bus made this the ideal location for work and play. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Accommodations, Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was convenient to everything in downtown Denver. We did have just a few things we wanted to comment on. There were three of us in the apartment and we wanted to go our separate ways. Having only one fob to buzz us in the front door was extremely inconvenient. Also, come on, spring for a decent HD TV. Finally, what about some decent pillows on the bed? These are minor things, but they made a difference to us.
