7 Bedroom Renovated Farmhouse on Working Farm with private pond and lake views

Lakeridge at Buckley Farm is a newly renovated, gorgeous Colonial Farmhouse with views of the lake and farm vistas. With gleaming hard-wood floors and antique-appointed rooms this house has 7 large bedrooms sleeping 14, including 1 king master, 5 queen bedrooms (with 1 on the first floor) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and the house has wifi access. Four (4) full bathrooms have been recently updated with beautiful tilework. There is also an outside sun deck, expansive private yard, pond and barn. In addition, Lakeridge is directly adjacent to the Buckley Farm, which is a working farm where we raise all-natural, non-GMO beef, chicken, pork and eggs. Guestbook comments from the owner

Buckley farm is an incredible place to stay. We rented both houses for our extended family to attend our daughter's wedding late June. Staying in these houses allowed everyone to flow back and forth and really spend quality time together for the weekend. The farmhouse is so charming and cozy, yet spacious with a beautiful kitchen. Lakeridge house is incredible! Our extended family was wowed the moment they entered it. My in-laws are asking our other daughters to hurry up and get engaged as well so they can come back soon --- they want to stay there in the winter and try the beautiful fireplaces. Anytime of the year Buckley Farm is a special place to stay. The mountain views , the fresh eggs and yummy bacon right on site, sounds of animals ... old and young alike loved it.

Thank you Kenni and Mark. You are so gracious and wonderful -- working so hard to please.

Take care and see you around,

Cheryl

We had a fantastic wedding here!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wedding here that lasted four days with many people enjoying the property, and the event went off without a hitch! Jeri, who helped coordinate our wedding, was so incredible to deal with, and was incredibly communicative, happily fielding our numerous questions, and providing us with info and support throughout. During the event, the owner and staff kept the place tidy and the wedding moving along without us even knowing that they were doing things. The house itself, and the property was AMAZING, and totally accommodating to our wedding party. There was enough space to hang out together, or to take quiet walks with people. The house is tastefully decorated, was well-stocked with utensils and pots and pans for us to cook with. Overall, we were incredibly happy and feel lucky to have found this place for our wedding, and would happily recommend it to other couples.

Beautiful house, great customer service

  • 5 of 5

Lakeridge House was a perfect setting for our 14-person family reunion. The bedrooms and common areas are large -- we had half a dozen cooks in the kitchen and fit the whole group around the dining room table. The house is very nicely renovated, with hardwood floors, nice bathroom fixtures, and detailed woodwork. Plus, it's on a working farm with cows, pigs, turkeys, and chickens. The kids loved running around and seeing the animals. When we decided to venture off the property, Saratoga Spa State Park and the town of Saratoga Springs were a short drive away.

Our rental contact, Jeri, was responsive and welcoming from the first email. She set up a delicious catered dinner for us on our first night there, and helped us get what we needed for the big dinner we cooked ourselves the next night. The farm owner, Mark, took a group of us on a hike to the outlying fields. The personal touches went above and beyond what I expected. I'd love to have another gathering here.

A Gem

  • 5 of 5

We were looking for places to stay for our son's wedding in the Saratoga - Ballston Spa area for ourselves & our immediate family. Our sister-in law came upon "Buckley Farm" and suggested it as an alternative to hotel rooms. We visited the Lakeridge & Buckley Farm houses in April & were enchanted with the beauty of the houses & the grounds. We rented both houses - the aunts & uncles stayed at the Lakeridge house and the cousins stayed at the Buckley Farm house. Our stay at the Lakeridge house Labor Day weekend was wonderful. The day after the wedding our family invited the wedding guests back to our "home" for a brunch. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to entertain. It was a perfect ending to a perfect weekend. If you're planning a family reunion, this is the place - beautiful, comfortable, elegant - we loved it! Cathy & Dave Rotkowitz

Incredible Property!~

What a wonderful home! Our family of 15 arrived to this exceptionally well maintained home to celebrate dad's 80th birthday. The entire family, 7 adult grandchildren included, were able to spread out and be comfortable all weekend long. The very friendly staff at Buckley Cafe and Market make you feel so welcome. Jeri and her crew catered a delicious dinner at the house for us -complete with pineapple upside down cake and ice cream! The setting is absolutely gorgeous and the farm animals quite charming. The friendly dogs just made the stay complete! The kitchen is well equipped for a large group.

Beautiful house and grounds

  • 5 of 5

I rented this house, for my son's wedding weekend, as we had a lot of family traveling for the wedding. It turned out even better then I expected, we were able to have the rehearsal dinner there catered by the farm market, the food was really good, and set up and clean up was done by Mark and his staff. The children loved the farm animals and being pulled around in the Radio Flyer wagon. Thank you Mark Sacco, and staff for making our stay so memorable. Would definitely stay here again!

WOW!!

  • 5 of 5

We had our Jack and Jill bridal shower here and this was the best place I have ever stayed. Kenni (Property Manager) set us up with a industrial size smoker, and some organic pork and beef (From their farm) of which we cooked, and came out unbelievably well. This property has majestic willow trees and is the perfect place for a wedding. There are chickens, turkeys, goats, sheep, beautiful white dogs, and extremely helpful staff. The house it's self contains many surprises that blow your mind, and is perfect for entertaining guests up to 12-16. We woke up to the most amazing sunrise, and everyone in our party fell in love wit the place. We came to Ballston Spa for races in Saratoga, but found the peacefulness and tranquility of this place to be the "PERFECT" stay. We will be back Kenni, please save room for us.

Best Wishes,

Nick Wolff
