Myself, simply a lover of Oaxaca. My parents built this gorgeous house 10 years ago and it has given our family some of the happiest moments I can remember. Every corner of the house has something special with a story behind it. The house is truly unique and, within the setting of historic Oaxaca, I must say it is one of the most fascinating and special spots you will ever find. I can guarantee that.

Elegant and beautiful home in heart of Oaxaca
What a joy! The home is spacious; the staff is professional and incredibly attentive; the location convenient; the food superb; and the pool is always the right temperature!
All the people associated with the home take great pride in and truly care for it. Rafael, the house manager, was always available, responsive, and well-informed with great recommendations and resources. Sylvia is a brilliant cook and Minerva ensured the home was in perfect condition. Every interaction with the owner Nicolas was informative, friendly, and helpful.
Regarding the home itself, all bedrooms are very comfortable; the pool is a perfect place to spend the afternoon; the front garden is gorgeous and restful; the large living room is great for socializing or napping. This home feels like a home, not a rental. We highly recommend it!
This is hands down the greatest spot to stay while in Oaxaca. Can’t wait to get back! Miss the staff and the place already so much.
The house and all of the staff is amazing. We have all intentions on coming back. Raphael was a perfect host and the food we had at the house was delicious and perfectly cooked for all of our tastes. Best vacation ever! We’re very grateful.
The property is a wonderful place to have a family gathering. It is near the central plaza and conveniently located to shopping, dining and sights. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.
A very impressive and exclusive respite within the City
Exquisitely designed, lavish amount of room and impeccable, friendly service staff. Nicolas the owner kindly arranged drivers to all our destinations, and Noa the house master was kind, attentive and very much determined to attend to our every need. His English was good and he was truly interested in learning more about his guests. The included breakfasts were simple but tasty and served among gorgeously complimented table arrangements. Beds were comfortable and linens were changed daily. Plan enough time to both soak in Oaxaca and relax in this truly unique home.
So amazing. The house is beautiful and the staff could not be kinder.
Oaxaca is the most fascinating city in all of Mexico, with magic and history in every corner. Discover the real essence of Mexico through Oaxaca's culture, traditions, art, food, museums… and the list goes on and on…. Archaeological sites of Monte Alban, Mitla and other are ideal day trips, along with the most beautiful towns around the valley.
Convent of Santo Domingo is a must see, along with its botanical garden and Museum. The newly renovated San Pablo Temple is also breathtaking. Of course, the Museum of Contemporary Arts, along with the Tamayo Museum and the Cathedral are all fabulous. There is not enough space for me to write all the wonders you must visit in Oaxaca...
